Arrived at the restaurant. Thought the ambiance was nice. Sat down, was introduced to a lady. Few minutes to by nobody comes back, then our waiter comes saying “i guess im your server tonight”, proceeds to take our orders and the. we do not see him again until we are h completely finished with our meal. Insanely disappointed with our entire experience regarding the service team. The only exception was the bus boy who continued to provide us with good service. The food was mediocre at best, definitely not worth the money at all.

Advertised as Prime Rib night there was no Prime Rib. We were there at 6:45 and they were ‘sold out’. Another table said the same thing.

Everything about our anniversary dinner here was outstanding! The service and the food (notably the bone in NY strip & prime rib) couldn’t be better, and we love the old school steakhouse vibe!

Blackstones Steakhouse exceeded all expectations! We dined with a steak snob, who is rarely happy with how restaurants cook to the desired level of “done-ness”, and he was out-of-his-mind delighted when the medium-rare bone-on ribeye was cooked to perfection. All of our steaks were excellent. The entire meal was exceptional.

The food was excellent....perfectly prepared. Our waiter, Cesar, was awesome...friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Blackstone's in Norwalk is one of the best steakhouses anywhere! A very wonderful dining experience. Not inexpensive, but definitely worth the price!

We went for our son’s 21 birthday. We have all dined here before and absolutely love this place. The food and service are always exceptional.
