Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. We enjoyed getting out for dinner. Cali provided great service, keeping our drinks filled and checking in with us. The food is always great, and we love being able to make reservations or get on the waitlist. One of our favorite restaurants.

The waiter was great! Very attentive, friendly, and got everything right and done in a timely matter. Great job to the kitchen - it was super crowded and yet the food came out pretty quickly! very surprised. Great job all around ! And the reservation was ready when we got there! Another plus! We are frequent visitors however, we were honestly very disappointed. We made a reservation in advance for 6:30 on Mother’s Day. This time was the reason we chose BJs over other places. My in-laws are currently fostering a little baby and we needed an earlier time to celebrate so the baby could be on schedule. We arrived 10 minutes prior to our reservation time and wait s in the very long checked in line and got checked in at 6:25 (5min before our reservation time still). The restaurant was PACKED (really good for them, didn’t bother us at all at first because we had a reservation). 5min past, 10min past, 15min past and we watched walk ins get sat, smaller tables that they use to combine for larger parties like ours were sat pushing us back and back. We watched two walk in large parties get sat before us as well! I went up after 20min and was told we are still waiting for a table to open. This is not how you seat people, especially when you take reservations to avoid these things. After 30min total of waiting I went back up. At this point, one of our party had to leave already (real bummer). So at the host stand I talked to one of the managers, told them we had a reservation so a 30min wait time was unacceptable. I asked how much longer, and they didn’t have the best answer, so I repeated that we have been waiting, told him we were now 7 and high chair instead of 8 and a high chair, so he got us sat a little quicker after that because we could fit in a booth now otherwise we would STILL be waiting. This now 35min past our reservation and we have finally been sat. It was another 10-15min before our server was able to even take drink orders. From there on, everything was good. Great service (just very slow, busy we know). Everything took forever, but came out and tasted great. My in-laws did have to leave before dessert with the baby, another bummer, but it is what it is. Manager did comp a pizzookie trio which was nice. We probably will not be back on a holiday.

Took about 10 minutes to get us seated. I didn’t like that we ended up in the middle of a walkway. Felt pretty cramped. The server was quick and drinks and food came out quick. Everyone liked their food. Nothing wow about it but it was all pretty good. Overall, going out to Mother’s Day brunch is usually a nightmare, but we were impressed by the speed and great service. Way to go BJs!

The entire experience was great! Service, food and ambience . I marked that the noise level was high which it was due to it was Mother’s Day and it was crowded. That is to be expected. Lovely time.
