   Burgers were excellent and service was also very good. Odd that the French fries are very short, my parents found them difficult to eat being so small. Same small size on all 3 of our plates. Noisy as there were many tables with small children, but it was an early time, at 5 pm. The CHEFS BURGER “Will You Brie Mine” was INCREDIBLE!!

   I have had bin 4 twice, once dine in and once delivery. In my recent dine in experience the food was very good -delicious burgers, good choice for sides, and very tasty dessert. I find it a bit over priced for a burger but if you're ok with the price, the food is good. The drinks are VERY expensive. I won't make the mistake of ordering a cocktail there again. My delivery experience was terrible. The burgers and sides were soggy and cold. I have also talked to other people who have had bad take out experiences with bin 4.

    Food took 45 minutes to arrive because they were so busy with Skip the Dishes orders. Server was great, food was great, but waiting that long should be a choice. Should have been told before we sat - you gonna wait...

    good burgers and fries, a bit pricey for me, but my adult kids love it. Check your bill carefully; twice they overcharged by mistake.

    Server was amazing. Very attentive and funny. Food was delicious as always - had a minor issue and it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Love this restaurant for girls nights, family nights or dates.

    I enjoy all the monthly specials. The manager and assistant managers seem to not be versed in online QR gift codes. Perhaps that’s something that needs to be updated for all servers as they simply let us go without paying as we had a $100. Code for an 89.00 meal which was fine by us but it took them 15 mins to try to ring in the code.

    Everything was great but then the power went out and they made us wait 35 minutes trying to figure out the bill for the only table left causing us to miss our ferry

    Great experience. I did find the music a tad loud. My father and I both have mild hearing loss which makes it harder to focus on conversations with a higher background noise. But this did not taint our experience at all. Excellent food and amazing service. I’ll be taking my family there again. But deep fried jalapeños gotta make the menu! Thank you.

    Music was incredibly loud to the point where we’d were shouting and still couldn’t hear one another. Beautiful location with a large patio and wonderful bathroom. Service was super slow but they seemed to be under staffed. Upon ordering it took 50 minutes to get our food when it didn’t appear to be that busy but lots of takeout orders and skip taking priority. Had to go find our server to request our bill after spending 2 hours at the table. Asked for straws with our drinks after 15 minutes I just went up to the bar and got it for myself. The food was good and fresh when it finally arrived.

    Burgers were great. Very tasty and perfectly cooked. The service was fantastic. My wife ordered the strawberry, goats cheese and missed that it had nuts on it, which she can’t have. They changed the salad , no questions asked. Her Lavender raspberry moctail was one of the best she has had. Over all a great experience.

    Poor ambiance, inattentive staff, and the burger was dry and under-seasoned. The booths are hard and uncomfortable, and the tables are so high that you feel like a child sitting there. The temperature in the restaurant was so high that we couldn’t wait to leave, except I had to catch the attention of the wait staff (who were all chatting together at the front desk) in order to get our bill after waiting far too long. The whole experience was rather disappointing.
