For 400 years the Giovale family has been producing raw milk cheeses in the high pastures of the Alta Val di Susa (Piedmont). A tradition handed down for generations, which together with respect for the territory and the enhancement of artisanal, natural and non-intensive production processes, guarantees a product of unique excellence. Our production includes sheep's, cow's and goat's milk cheeses: fresh cheeses with different ripening, soft, semi-hard and hard cheeses, aged in mountain pastures and in the cellar, with different varieties of aging. In our bistro / wine bar you can taste our selections of cheeses and cold cuts and a series of traditional Piedmontese dishes. The kitchen is open from 12 am to 3 pm and in the evening from 7 pm to 10 pm. Our cheese and cold meat platters are available from 10 am to 11 pm.
