   The atmosphere/vibe was perfect for date night. Leo and Mark were amazing. We had the roasted chicken and the brisket. Both were very good. The music was the perfect mood to a great night! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

   We booked a table mostly because of the libe music, we were seated where we could not see the musician and could hardly hear. So we were VERY disapointed. Other than that the food and service was great.

   Live Jazz made for an excellent brunch ambiance! We started with the coffee cake and honey butter and then moved on to Shakshouka and crispy chicken sandwich - so delicious. (Add avocado to the Shakshouka)

   BeeHive is adorable!! The ambiance is wonderful, the jazz was exceptional and our waiter was amazing!! We changed our minds 3 times and he was patient, kind and funny. Really made the day so fun. And the food and drinks were terrific! Perfect way to celebrate our friends birthday!

    Such an awesome atmosphere. Live music, even during brunch. Very trend and clean. Staff was so nice, our server was the sweetest! Food was great, cocktails were very well made. Would definitely go back!

    Second visit to Beehive. Excellent evening. Goobz our server was on point! Provided great recommendations for food and drinks, which we all followed and were not disappointed. The brisket was amazing. The Chef here is talented and creative! Fun spot - great food and music combine for a relaxed atmosphere and a very enjoyable evening. Can't wait to go again.

    We went primarily for the music. So we made a reservation for 9pm when music was supposed to start. The hostess did accommodate our request for a table near the stage and the waiter was very friendly and did great job. that’s where the good news ends. We had 2 drinks at the bar. Both tasted terrible. At $16 bucks they should be better. We ordered them be brisket and lamb dinners. they edible. Quality is similar to ski lodge cafeteria. Bland. Mushy. Greasy. I wouldn’t go there for the food. The music was pleasant, but boring and not worth all the trouble and expense. it was supposed to start at 9. it started closer to 10. they played a little over 30 minutes then took a break. came back and played again. it was fun to try once but won’t be back. Drinke and food bad. Music just ok. And Pricy. seems pointless.

    We had a great time at the beehive! The service was great, and we had a really good bartender upstairs, then when we moved downstairs had an excellent waitress as well. They make a special version of an old fashioned with orange marmalade that is AWESOME! The only underachieving dish was the brisket, which was very fatty

    Beehive never disappoints. Impeccable service, super fun atmosphere, amazing reggae music last night, and of course the food is always top notch. This place is such a gem of the south end that you can always count on for an amazing night!

    Came here mainly for the live music. food and drinks were excellent, it's just that we were sitting right in front with all the sound blasting towards us, so I couldn't talk with my friend in my normal volume. Other than that, great place and great location!

    The drinks were delicious but the food was a bit bland; both an appetizer and the gnocchi meal needed salt, pepper, and something spicy to balance it out. The white bean and sesame dip was delicious that was my favorite part.

    Our waiter was very welcoming and helpful. The music was too loud, but at our request, the waiter was able to have the sound turned down a bit. But still too loud. Music is not necessary when people are dining and conversing together. The brisket was too fatty. Lean would be better. But overall we enjoyed ourselves.

    We had a lovely early evening meal here, therefore it was quiet with no music - perfect for conversation. We will go back when there is music. The service was very friendly. The food came out of the kitchen very fast - in fact too fast - we had our appetizers before the cocktails arrived. Food was flavorful, the lamb was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the crudo appetizer had wonderful flavor and textures. The pasta bolognese was fine, but not extraordinary. Desserts were delicious. And as a tea lover the pot of tea was large, hot and a perfect end to the meal. The decor was bohemian eclectic and it was a much larger space than one would think from the front entrance. Highly recommended.

    5 of us for dinner. Server was fabulous! Knowlegable, friendly and attentive. Manager/Owner also check in with us. Food was delicous. Would definately recommend and go back.

    took my friend here to celebrate a conference she spoke at-- we had a great time at the bar followed by lucking out with the perfect spot right in front of the band. Overall, really glad we chose this place and we'd love to come back soon.

    I love the Beehive from the hostess Jenny to our sever Ramos! The coffee cake was a great way to start warm and delicious ! French toast a ten! we will be back soon !

    Used to come here all the time and enjoyed sitting at the bar for Sunday jazz brunch. Used to be packed! But it was mostly empty this Sunday. Service was way too fast. We had our brunch dishes in less than ten minutes after ordering. Which is kind of a bummer for a relaxing jazz brunch when you want to listen to the music- not feel rushed from the start. Server didn’t ask if we wanted another round of drinks and instead handed the bill but said “no rush!” Seems to have lost its luster. We all enjoyed our food at least!

    We wanted to be down stairs. That’s what I thought we were paying for. Instead we were next to the bar upstairs. People’s butts were in our faces while we were eating.

    This could not have been a more fun and relaxing (and delicious) couple of hours on a Sunday night! Staff was gracious, and, I guess because it was my birthday, we had the best table in the house! Much appreciated! Music was really good!! Thanks, Beehive.

    We were very disappointed with our dining experience. The vibe was not a speak easy as advertised, instead it is a loud cafeteria with no ambiance. Waitstaff is completely rude. The hostess staff was lovely, however we will not be dining here again.

    Celebrating my daughters birthday. Waiter was helpful friendly and attentive. Food came very quickly. My husband order the special which was cold as were the fries that came with my daughter and her boyfriends meals. The rest of the food was average. A little disappointing because this restaurant is on the expensive side The kicker was at the end when we ordered a dessert for my daughter to celebrate her birthday we weren’t halfway through it when the manager came over and said he needed to flip the table because we were only allowed 90 minutes. We made the reservation in advance we were not walk ins

    Came out of town to enjoy dinner and a jazz show but didn’t realize it was also a club that bro-y 20 year olds hang at and crowd around you while you eat dinner and stand in front so you can’t watch the show. The food was good and wait staff was outstanding- we were very impressed by how prompt and attentive they were. The only real complaint was that I wasn’t expected it to be such a large venue that doubled as a club and was overwhelmingly loud next to where we were sitting and could barely enjoy the music.
