   Food, atmosphere, and service were first-class. Particular appreciation to the manager, Brian, who went "above and beyond" in a first-class manner. We will definitely be back and enthusiastically recommend Bar 'Cino in Brookline, and in Newport!!

   We went for restaurant week and were not disappointed. The apps were incredible, main courses were really good, and the desserts were to die for. The drinks were also great, as was the service. Will definitely go back!

   This place was so good! I had heard about it before and saw they were doing restaurant week. I came here with my fiancé and we both left very satisfied! The food was damn delicious! We would definitely come back again!

   We ordered the fritto misto which previously had been spot on; this time it was a bomb. The pizza was good, the salad pedestrian.

    Came for my mother's 66th birthday, they were very good! I have a severe shellfish allergy, and they fully accommodated me. Sent my mom a birthday mocktail since she doesn't drink, and the bill for three people with drinks came to $220 with tip - far cheaper than other places and we took home food for at least 2 more meals!

    We were on a visit to Boston choosing Bar Cino off Yelp and we were pleasantly surprised. The reviews on yelp were good but we found it excellent. Not to mention that it was the first day of restaurant week! Food was great stuff friendly and professional. We will definitely return as we couldn't try all the dishes we found interesting on the menu. Thank you.

    The food was absolutely delicious! The portion worked for me because it was smaller, but that would be normal versus double that a lot of restaurants do and I end up taking leftovers home. The staff was extremely attentive!

    We went for restaurant week and the portions were perfect. The food was very good. The service was a bit dull, nothing wrong with it, just not extra friendly. I would like to go back in the spring and try the outdoor patio which looked nice with the lights.

    We were very pleasantly surprised. My wife and I tried the Boston Restaurant Week menu. For appetizers, we had the goat cheese croquette and the ricotta bruschetta. Both came out veyr quickly and were delicious. We both noted that the food came out in the perfect portion size, just enough to appetize but not too much to fill. For seconds, we had the fennel sausage grilled pizza and the chicken cacciatore. Again, zero complaints on both dishes, and we were very happy. Lastly, we had the cherry cordial sundae and the pistachio gelato. This was great too, however I will note that the cherry cordial sundae was cooked in alcohol. This was not a problem for me though.

    It was our first time at Bar Cino and we came for restaurant week. The food was overall very good, service was a bit slow to start as it took a while to order and get our drinks. We had the meatballs and goat cheese croquettes to start (the goat cheese was incredible, hope they’ll put it on the regular menu), sausage fennel pizza and chicken for mains, and ended with the olive oil cupcake and gelato. We enjoyed our dinner and will definitely be back.

    Food was excellent, service was too. There was an issue with one of the items and I lost count of how many times they apologized (and comped the meal). We'd been there before for the fabulous patio but inside was nice too, if a bit loud.

    We had previously ordered takeout from Bar 'Cino which was excellent. Last night we ordered from the Boston Restaurant Week menu. We had great cocktails and both of our starters (caesar salad and polenta) were great. For mains, my companion's chicken milanese was excellent, but my rigatoni bolognese was quite disappointing. The pasta tasted like average boxed pasta and the sauce felt like an afterthought. The dessert (olive oil cupcake) was dense and just not good. The servers were clearly overwhelmed with tables, and we had to wait quite some time to order our second glass of wine. This was a bummer!

    My first time to Bar ‘Cino. The restaurant is beautifully appointed. Has a cool modern vibe. Great menu. We had lots of appetizers including mushroom bruschetta, antipasto and cauliflower. All delicious! Entrees for the table included the bolognese, hash and eggs and pizzas. Would definitely be back! Great place.

    Arrived early for reservation. Drinks and appetizers at the bar while waiting for our table. Delicious crafted cocktails, unique use of coffee flavors in the drinks. Trendy atmosphere, love the large square bar at the center of the restaurant as it breaks up the room and causes the dining tables to feel more spread out and not bunched together. Bolognese was delicious, great portion size and price. All staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially as we were early for our reservation. Would definitely go back, especially in warmer months as the outdoor patio looks like a fun place to spend an evening.

    The food has always been excellent here and never disappoints. Same with the drinks - cocktails and wine selection were superb and my guests drinking cocktails were very impressed (not an easy feat) and enjoyed them greatly. Try the Brookline sour!! The food was prepared perfectly and delicious as always. Excellent service. Good place for a casual dinner or, like us, a special celebratory dinner.
