   From the beginning of the experience you feel the exclusivity of what is yet to come, the attention to detail is impeccable both from the chef as well as his staff. This culinary experience is unique in that all the fish and produce used are locally sourced. Be warned that no two experiences will be the same because the fish and produce used are what is in season. For this reason you can come to this experience and be surprised time and time again. Definitely worth every single penny to splurge for the pairing with adult beverages as you’ll be enhancing your experience with local wine, local beer and Mexican sake. What a truly amazing experience!

   This is one of our must visit stops when we go to Valle. As authentic as it can get in terms of Japanese cuisine! Very personable service from the Chef. A must try!

   Place is really nice, all staff is really friendly. Chef Toshi San also very kind with his explanation on every dish. All dishes were amazing, especially the abalone. Dessert was beyond good. Definitely I will visit Baja Omakase soon.

   Tuvimos la suerte de tener el Omakase para nosotros solos, así que pudimos hacer miles de preguntas al chef y sous-chef. Todas las entradas fueron muy buenas, al igual que las bebidas. Nosotros reservamos a las 3:00 p.m. ya que es una experiencia con una duración de mínimo dos horas, y si llegas a esta hora te va a tocar la luz más bonita, así como el atardecer. El servicio de los meseros estuvo excelente y el lugar también. Me hubiera gustado que hubiera otro tipo de música, tal vez algo japones electrónico o moderno, pero eso es algo más personal. Todos los ingredientes son de la región y completamente frescos. Si vas a comer aquí, si debes estar abierto a probar todo tipo de mariscos.

    It just so happened we were the last party for the evening so we had the entire place to ourselves. It was nice to have the reservations desk call us to let us know we could arrive earlier and that the weather would be chilly. The venue is outdoors.

    This wasn’t just lunch, this was an experience! Probably the best sushi tasting menu I’ve had in my life! The food/value that you get is astronomical and nothing compares dollar for dollar to what you get on the US side. The setting itself was amazing and while we were their first reservation of the day, they did not skip a beat. It actually felt better because we felt we got the best first impression from the chef. With every meal, there was a beautiful explanation about what we were about to experience. We did not opt for the alcohol portion of the menu and went for a drink here and there. I do have to recommend getting a sake tasting as the presentation is awesome but it’s the only sake that produced in Mexico so why not! If I can do more than 5 stars, I would! Cheers!

    This is a proper 5 star experience! Worthy of all the praise and recognition!! The 12- course tasting and drink pairing was beyond anything we could have imagined. (Anywhere else this would be a $500 + / person experience - here was about $120 / person) Michelin Star worthy!!!! The chef was an artist and the ambiance is perfected. All items are sourced locally and sustainably produced and harvested. This is not just a good dinner, this is an experience that starts well before you arrive.

We had an array of distinct textures and flavors - all local to Baja California and many of which we had never tried before.
