We are open for Outdoor and Indoor dining and takeout only from 11:30 AM-9:00 P.M. 7 days.

Since 1917 the Bahrs family has been serving fresh seafood, big lobsters and choice steaks. Located at the entrance to Sandy Hook National Seashore, Bahrs Landing features outdoor “Dockside Dining”. One of the Jersey Shore’s true landmark establishments, it is truly the quintessential Jersey seafood dining experience!

SUMMER NOTE: We do NOT take reservations for outdoor seating. We have expanded our outdoor waterfront dining options. For a table see our host stand outside by the Tiki Bar. To order take out, go to our website. Also available for walk up orders at our host stand. Dock and Dine on board your boat in our marina is an option as well.

We go every year for the Oktoberfest and it never disappoints. Bahrs makes the best Sauerbraten, and the Oysters Rockefeller are always a fave of ours. Between the view and the delicious food, Bahrs is one of our absolute favorites.

We were celebrating a birthday. Lunch was lovely sitting outside watching the boats and water. Service was very attentive and let us chat for a long time.. Food was delicious.

As always the food was great. Our server was very professional and friendly. The only issue we had was the food runners need better training. They just threw the appetizers and entrees on the table, not caring where they should go and almost knocking over wine glasses in the process.

Had a wonderful birthday lunch eating double lobster. Gave us a wonderful table by the window facing the water. Loved watching boats docking and their passengers coming into the restaurant.

Always a good restaurant for seafood. Two of our party had Octoberfest menu items which were very good also. Two stayed with seafood -crab cake and shrimp, The view is the best along the shore and this day was just perfect fall day

We had dinner here last night and it couldn't have gone better. We were lucky enough to get a window table right on the water, and the view alone made the evening feel special. We started with the potato pancakes to share: crispy on the outside, tender inside, and gone in minutes. My partner had the petite lobster tails and loved them; they were sweet, perfectly cooked, and just the right portion. I went with the schnitzel, which was golden, crisp, and full of flavor. It's a great reminder that this place does more than seafood, and does it well. Great food, a beautiful setting, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It's a local classic for good reason, and we'll definitely be back. Ask for a window seat if you can!
