   We had a great time in this small restaurant (when we saw its size, we felt lucky to have gotten a table/reservation). The ocotpus was righjt up there with what used to be served at Periyaly in NYC (though Mexican vs. Greek). We'll miss it!

   Excelente servicio, los platillos son fenomenales, el mole es realmente espectacular, también venden la pasta de mole para llevar muy recomendable, el betabel con mole rosa es una entrada imperdible.

   This was our second visit (the first was in February). Given the reviews, we decided against our best judgment to try the restaurant again. On both occasions the servers were unpleasant and rude (we had the same two servers on both of our visits). Very disappointing to have such poor service ruin our dining experience.

   Excelente servicio. Hicimos reservación a través de Open Table y fue respetada sin problema. Las entradas fueron fantásticas y el platillo principal, Chiles en Nogada, absolutamente delicioso. El servicio, perfecto. A tiempo, sin ser encimoso. Muy recomendable.

    Sería buenísimo un servicio de valet Parking. Estacionarse es un reto en la zona. Creo que los baños necesitan revisarse mas seguido en temas de olor. Al estar en la zona centro el drenaje es malo y huele mal el de hombres. La comida excelente, muy buena calidad. Los escamoles con aguacate tatemado de entrada muy recomendables, aunque la porción me parece puede ser un poco más abundante.

    The waiter was pushing to sell an artisanal beer which is not uncommon. As I wanted to give it a try I ordered and it was so so. What it was definitely disappointing was the price of MXN310 which you found out when you get the bill. In any restaurant you find expensive artisanal beers at MXN150-180 max. Is in the price range of a fancy steak. They should let you know the price before opening the bottle. Also, my wife ordered a beef filet with mole which was cold. So the waiter and the kitchen instead of preparing another filet they warmed it a bit which resulted in the filet being dry. We spoke with the manager and they offered a different dish which was good. We were celebrating our anniversary and it turned a highly disappointing place to go.

    Excellent cuisine in a small but intimate setting. The service was outstanding and the menu was great at introducing the best of the cuisine of Puebla. We enjoyed everything about the evening and would return anytime.

    We went to a number of Mexico City's finest restaurants, but this gem from Puebla beat them all. The mole poblano sauce was exquisite, a perfect explosion of sweetness, bitterness and spice, the bone marrow appetizer was one of the most perfect dishes I've ever had in my life, the pipian verde pork belly was another complex balance of delectable textures and flavors and the desserts were excellent as well. What we appreciated most of all, beyond the patient and attentive service, was that the chef didn't need to hide behind exotic ingredients transformed into unrecognisable forms, but rather, took traditional dishes and made them sparkle as brightly as they possibly could. With such reasonable prices for this kind of quality, if you're in Puebla for even one night, you should make sure dinner at Augurio is on your itinerary.

    Really superb cooking. My confit pork in green mole was extraordinary: meltingly tender pork with a delicately crisp crust worthy of a three star Michelin joint. Humorously garnished with a sparse sprinkling of rice and beans. Almond-based mole was complex and delicious. .

    I waited until my last night in Puebla to come here and truly regret that. This was the best meal of my two week visit. I enjoyed an amazing pork confite in pippian verde sauce, plus great drinks and a nice dessert. Good service and ambiance also.

    My husband and I had a lovely time at Augurio. The service was wonderful. This is gem in Puebla. It is on the pricier side, but we felt it was worth it to have such great food and service. We had two appetizers, a salad , a soup an entree, one desert, 2 rounds of drinks and we each had a digestif for $80 including tip. The cocktails are really delicious and the Fideos Secos soup was the best I have had in Mexico. My husband had the enchiladas with three sauces and said he loved the mole. Everything was fresh, bright and tasted of the earth and gardens of farms that produced the ingredients. Keep in mind that speaking Spanish (at least enough to get by) is very helpful no matter where you go in Puebla. I didn’t get the name of our waiter, but he made the experience really memorable.

    La comida muy rica, el postre regular. Pero las bebidas creo que falta variedad, los vasos regularmente lavados un olor raro, te o cambian si lo percibes, pero eso demerita. La factura aún no me llega, el costo bueno.
