Il ristorante Anima è curato dalla Chef Paola Colucci. Conosciuta come una delle migliori e più intuitive chef della Capitale, Colucci crede fermamente nell’emozionalità del cibo e nell’importanza dell’interazione con gli ospiti: per questo nel ristorante d’autore di The Rome EDITION la cucina è a vista, schermata da un vetro ambrato, in modo che tutti possano ammirare il suo lavoro. Ispirato a ricette tramandate dalla sua famiglia, il menu di piatti della tradizione italiana è arricchito con un tocco moderno e una visione internazionale. L’attenzione di The Rome EDITION è rivolta alla stagionalità e alla freschezza. Gli ospiti possono fare esperienza di sapori sorprendenti nei piatti di Anima, in primis nella rivisitazione di chef Colucci degli spaghetti con datterini infornati e nel vitello tonnato, oltre all’eccellente burrata con pomodori.     Chef Paola Colucci has created a gem at Anima in the Edition in Rome. From entry to the Edition hotel, the environment is set. The service and staff were just spectacular and the food was incredible. The tortello di zucca might be the best thing I ate during the week I was in Rome. Can't wait to go back.

    Service was Outstanding, It was overpriced for the food and drinks, bottles of water was 6$, my husband and I ordered Lamb, there was 3 lambs ribs and 2 pices of steak. Presentation and waitresses were amazing, not worth the price.

    Tasty, but very small portions. Exotic ingredients, but left feeling hungry. Service was attentive but not overly friendly. Expectations were not met compared to other meals at Edition in the US.

    This restaurant has an absolutely beautiful setting. We sat outdoors, and it was bustling, and yet quiet enough to hear our conversation. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive to our questions. We got a little lost on the cuisine, however. While we did appreciate the tomato water And the effort put into every dish as described by the waiter, we were not expecting the modern cuisine. It was good, but not exactly what we had in mind for the evening. I did really enjoy my first course, but I didn’t understand or enjoy the artichoke side. This is a very modern concept restaurant, very good but not in a traditional delicious Italian restaurant way that we were expecting. Thank you for a lovely night!

    A fantastic venue in a hotel that’s only been open for four months at this point. The taxi driver had a hard time finding it but once there it was like walking into a dream. The service was attentive and appreciative. The food was very nice, starting with an outstanding amuse bouche.My pasta genovese was served al dente; not my usual choice but it suited the dish well. My wife’s spaghetti and fish of the day (croaker) were outstanding. Above all else, the ambience really makes this place special. I could not imagine a more magnificent ground floor garden setting than this one. We finished with digestifs in the rooftop bar, which is also not to be missed.

    Comida increíble, servicio perfecto, decoración en el jardín top! Pongo 4 estrellas porque nos dieron una mesa muy pequeña y a pesar de que dijimos que queríamos una mesa más grande para poder estar más cómodos, no nos la dieron, Y había mesas grandes vacías. En un restaurante de este nivel no debería haber mesitas tan diminutas. No obstante, nos encantó la comida y el servicio. Volveremos.
