   Certamente una location che poteva e doveva essere utilizzata meglio. Sevuzio dato più dalla buona volontà e disponibilità del personale che non dalla preparazione professionale degli stessi. Qualità dei piatti al di sotto delle aspettative. Paccheri troppo al dente e paradossalmente incollati. Salsa con cipolle con retrogusto molto amaro. Calici di vino rose con quantita versato inferiori alle minime asoettative. Conto sostanzialmente alto che non goustifica la sola location.

   nella sala più in basso il panorama è molto limitato. il menu è troppo ricercato. a parte il tagliere i piatti sono tutti molto particolari. eccessivo per un brunch. non è stato possibile avere un sandwich. destinato solo a clientela straniera.

   Lovely location right in the centre of Florence. It rained when we went so we couldn't sit outside but we went outside later and took some great photos. The food and wine were excellent - thoroughly recommend.

   We came all the way from California and reserved for this place thinking it would be a great time. It took an hour to just get bottled beer at our tables. Wait staff did not value customers. People all over the restaurant were upset. Many times people had to ask for help multiple times. The wait staff would forget what you asked for and even when we left there was no show of concern for why their customers were leaving early and and cancelling their orders. Also there were a ton of mosquitos. It seems this place acts entitled instead of valuing their customers’ experiences. Some people were really looking forward to being there.

   We only had the tuna and beef tartar. Tuna was quite nice, but too small for the price. The beef one had a strange color, also very small, not sure if it was kind of cooked or why the color was not red. It was more gray. We left and had dinner at another restaurant, which was very disapoonting as we were really looking for a nice evening. The location fantastic.

   The views are 10/10 but the food is just ok and the drinks are expensive. Took forever to order. Definitely go for the vibes but don’t have high expectations for anything else.

    Our waitress wasn’t nice, we waited a long time for everything, and even at the end it seemed like she waited with our change in order for us to live her the change. The place is extremely beautiful, menu was nice as well, but the whole experience wasn’t good unfortunately

    I don’t know where to begin with how horrible our experience was at this restaurant. First, we waited 40 minutes after our reservation time to finally be called by the hostess. Then, she informed us we couldn’t sit on the patio rooftop (which I requested in my reservation). The manager on that level saw we were annoyed, and instead of trying to accommodate us, he disrespectfully dismissed us and went to the next guest. He was EXTREMELY rude, pompous, and belittled us because we were American and did not speak the language. He should be fired for treating us in the matter that he did. When we finally sat down, the waitress took ONE HOUR to get us water…….ONE HOUR TO GET US WATER……No respect, no care for people’s time and absolutely no class. It is disgusting how you treat people. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Besides the food being decent, this was the worst place I have went to for dinner in my life. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

    Don't go. Not worth it. Food is very overpriced for what you get. Portions are small. Service is extremely slow. We got our food before we got our drinks. Music was very loud. Food was ok. View was good if you had a good seat. Overall 2 stars. Do not recommend.

    our particular waitress was not very attentive it took a long time to get drinks & food and even to get her attention to order more items luckily a young man helped us out we were supposed to only get our table for an hour but that was impossible because she was not attentive at all or even available to flag down atmosphere is great for a rooftop bar! We would definitely go back for the views and cool setting and just hope for better service

    If it weren’t for the venue, I would not recommend it. Young staff that need to be trained properly. One main course came before appetizers and was put aside and after about 8-10 minutes it was served to another table. Yes, I watched because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t going to be served to me. Ordered a shrimp main course that was 7 small-medium shrimps in a tomato sauce for 27 euros. Appertizer of hummus was good

    It was a perfect place to sit and look at the city lit up at night. I really enjoyed the restaurant and the food as well as the service. I wish it was warm enough to have sat outside, but it still was absolutely lovely.

    It's simply too expensive for what you get! The bread was served after our meal. The view from where we sat was not at all interesting (dark, ugly urban buildings). Not worth a visit! It's a rip off.

    Outstanding location, right in front of the "Palazzo Vecchio", good music, adequate space between tables, waiters very kind and fast, some a little inexperienced. Reservation procedure was excellent. We had 2 cocktails and 1 formaggi e salumi platter x2, both taste and size were good. Right price for such a place.

    The ambiance was very chic and we were very well accomodated by the staff. They had brought us a special dish courtesy of the chef which were lovely. The cocktails were very creative, especially the tea inspired cocktail! Overall set a very high standard on our first day in Florence and the staff did everything to make us feel welcomed..     We had a lovely early dinner here after a long journey to Florence from the U.S. - it’s a beautiful dining room and the service was absolutely perfect! There is a nice selection of cocktails and the food is delicious. Our party was a combination of vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian and we were super happy that the menu could accommodate all of us.     Didn’t get seated on time and were huddled outdoors and in hotel Lobby ..waiting. Wasn’t really rooftop or even outside but we could walk up and look. Food Great and service excellent. Beautiful inside .
