   We had brunch at Packards before attending Frozen at the Civic Center. The kid’s brunch menu is especially good. Our girls loved their food and my husband and I did too! Service was fast and professional and we appreciated the access to easy parking.

   Our waiter was superb! Food was not…took 30 minutes and was cold. Poached eggs were cooked all the way through - may have just been boiled. Accommodations were less than ideal. We made reservations for 4 and we were relegated to a table so small that we couldn’t have plates, glasses and coffee cups for all of us on the table at the same time. Was very disappointed.

   Incredible meal and fantastic service. I’ve always heard Packard’s is the place to go for brunch, but their dinner menu was just as outstanding. We ordered the short rib, redfish, and chicken. Every dish was delicious. Skip the charcuterie board; you can make one better at home.

   Crammed 6 people into a booth. I was on the end and half my seat was hanging off the edge. However everything else was good. My wife and I split a Cobb salad and we each had a large portion. My pork chop was tender and prepared perfectly. My wife had the meatloaf and she said it was wonderful. I had to order a second gin and tonic with 4 straws because the ladies at our table kept taking sips of mine because it was so good. Our server, Jonathan, was attentive without being intrusive. All in all a good evening.

   Our food was great. The kindness and service by the wait staff was superb. We had a request to cook our pork chop a little longer. They were beyond accommodating and the end result was fabulous!

   The food tasted fine, but it was barely warm, not hot. I was not as impressed with the breakfast menu as the lunch/dinner menu I had several years ago.

    Our server, Trevon, was great!! He was so attentive, had good recommendations, and was the best part of our visit. The spinach and poblano dip was excellent, as was the burger, and cheesecake. The kids enjoyed the smoked Mac and cheese. The Brussels sprouts were okay but a little too greasy for me,the mashed potatoes were bland and tasted like instant potatoes to me. We will definitely come back for the great service and to try different menu items!

    Very good dishes. Everyone shared a bite of their own plates, and the kids cleaned their own plates which is always a great indicator. Size of the portion was very good as well. Service was excellent, and they have water bottles so you do not have to wait for water if you are eating something spicy (cheddar-jalapeno grits were awesome, but had kick). Definitely a good meal. The price points are fair, just a little too high to make it a weekly-frequent (not high enough to keep us from returning though).

    Service and ambiance were both very good. We split a Caesar salad which was great (order the anchovies). My wife had the salmon and I had the short rib. Both very good. We had the sourdough boule with the entrees. It was all very good, just seemed very expensive.

    The Quail knot special was just amazing!!!! Please add that to your daily dinner menu. Asked for a 2 person booth and they gave us the perfect spot - thank you for looking at requests on the OpenTable app.

    We went for our 9:15 reservation. The service was slow so we were there longer than 45 minutes. They closed at 10 while we were still eating. They were mopping and stacking the chairs with us still at our table. Disappointed because if we would have known this would be an issue we wouldn’t have booked the reservation here

    Our server took my dish to box up (portions are very generous-no way I could finish it) and it accidentally was thrown away. She had an entirely new entre prepared for me to take home .Very unexpected as she went above and beyond.

    Service and atmosphere are great. Food was just OK. I got the special and it was a little disappointing (Drunken Noodles). It was a little dry for my taste. Wife's burger was good but not great. We will go back but not one of their better days.
