   We ordered 4 flatbreads that were as good as RI pizza and a sushi roll made to order that was delicious. Service was excellent and live music was a fine touch. Highly recommended.

   Brunch was worth every penny. Christina went above and beyond to make sure our experience was remarkable; and between her and her team, our mimosas were never empty. The view was stunning but the food was even better. We split the French toast and Prime Rib- both incredible! The French toast was the best we’ve ever tasted and the prime rib was spectacular. Between the food and Christina’s service, we’d 100% recommend and come back for the Sunday Brunch at Oceana Coastal Kitchen.

   Fresh seafood and great sushi, but the entrées lacked a good chef to pull it all together. Risotto and squid ink pasta were “meh” at best.

   Enjoyed our meal. I had the Arctic Char which was very good. Service was very good and friendly. We ate inside due to the cooler temps and ambiance was okay. Highly recommend eating outdoors if possible.

   We did the Sunday brunch. The food and service was excellent. Beautiful place to chill. They even had oyster and crabs which was not in their menu. Everything fresh and beautifully presented. The food temperature was perfect. Everyone was nice and friendly. Clean. I will dine here again.

    Bread cold-not fresh, butter cold & hard- not spreadable. Chicken tough. Carrots pretty hard, I wouldnt consider them "caramelized', but it was still ok. Great ambiance though. Other food was good.

    We have been coming here for Sunday brunch over 5yr, everytime we come to San Diego. The food is always consistently good service is always friendly and how can you beat he views. It has gotten a little more expenaive but it i still worth it.

    We dined outdoors - although the website said no entertainment that night there was a singer/guitarist who was so loud we could not really talk - the music was good but we were there for dinner and conversation

    Jennie was a wonderful waitress: friendly, attentive, helpful with suggestions - but knew not to intrude. Food was delicious. We are in San Diego for a conference, and found this place looking through TripAdvisor. It was worth the rating. We'll be back.

    My wife and I were seated out on the open air patio for Sunday Morning Breakfast. The restaurant was empty but for a few patrons. We sat waiting for the wait-staff to acknowledge out arrival and take or order. We waited 10 minutes and not one employee approached us so we got up and left and ate elsewhere. what a shame.

    Our evening started out bad with a rude and unfriendly host and restaurant manager, and it got worse when we got the food. Their red snapper was dry and tasteless. Worst $332 spent on a dinner for 3 ever. The only nice thing about this place is its proximity to the bay. Our waiter was nice and professional, which helped in not giving this restaurant a 1 star.

    We went for the restaurant week experience and were not disappointed. Highly recommend the shrimp ceviche, large portion and very flavorful. It was not too loud, which was great. Valet parking available.

    Came here for restaurant week and ordered the three-course meal provided. I started with the ceviche which was fresh large shrimp bites but too much lime. It was hard to eat. Then the next item was the Dck it wasn't as melt in your mouth as it should be but was delicious except the seasoning for the potatoes wasn't there at all. I had to season it up myself. The salad with apples was tasty although I ate the duck with the apples. Lastly, the Horchata creme brulee, though tasty it lacked the sturdiness of the custard. Service was great except when the trio of staff was having a personal conversation in Spanish right behind me. Overall meal and visit were nice but wouldn't go out of my way to dine here again.

    Restaurant week 3 course special was outstanding. Wife had the duck and I had the swordfish. Both were outstanding as were the desserts. Barrel aged Mai Tai was also a stand out.

    Can’t beat the view! The experience was less than stellar due to the noise ! A musician was playing and the volume was loud everyone was talking even louder to be heard over him. The food was good but not great. Service was very slow. Prices were high but likely average for this area. We made a reservation several weeks ago and only outside dining was available. All inside tables were empty. It would have been quieter inside but I suppose staffing shortages have resulted in the dining room being closed. Would not return.

    The Caesar salad was overdressed and not that flavorful. The shrimp in the chipotle cocktail were lukewarm and the sauce was very ketchupy. The asparagus was very nice. The crème brûlée was too sweet. The wine was nice, the service was very good and you cannot beat the setting. Maybe it was just too hot for what we ordered.

    We usually go to Oceana every year on our anniversary and this time our entire experience was terrible. The service wasn’t the best. The menu choices and food was awful.

    I felt like I was in Hawaii, only the service was better than I've experienced there. Wally, our waiter was excellent: attentative, polite, but not intrusive. The architecture of the building was inspiring: waterfall, tropical fish, and the resturant is open and faces the bay, beach. There was a luau going on at the hotel, so we walked over and watched the hula show after dinner. Overall, I highly recommend it. Well worth the price if you value service and atmosphere.

    Christina our waitress helped make it a special birthday celebration. Food delicious and plenty.Only disappointment: online crab claws on starter plate were replaced with large shrimp , still very delicious.
