   North Italia is the "go-to" special occasion restaurant for my spouse and me, and last night the special occasion was our 42nd Anniversary. As soon as we arrived, the host seated us in a quieter section of the dining area, which was appreciated; otherwise, my spouse's hearing aids pick up too much ambient noise to allow conversation. The server was prompt, courteous, and attentive but not intrusive (a rare combination). The food was great, the cocktails were sophisticated and delicious, and our desserts were the perfect coda to an excellent meal. My thanks to everyone at North Italia; 5-plus stars!

   Can't go wrong with this Italian restaurant! The food is made with fresh delicious ingredients and skillfully cooked. The service friendly but not over fussy. Just wish this restaurant was located closer to my home so I could go more often.

   North is always wonderful - the zucca chips are unreal, the truffle cheese bread is AMAZING. But important to note - happy hour is only served in the bar area. We were not aware of this, so booked a reservation, and the bar are was PACKED. So we had to wait a little bit for a spot there. Just something to think about if that is the vibe you are looking for!

    This was our first time to eat here and it was phenomenal! The atmosphere was very cozy and the food is out of this world. Our server, Samantha, was so nice and went above and beyond.

    Food and service was great, as always. Was surrounded by a large group of teenagers who really changed the normal feel of the restaurant. It was very noisy and hectic in the dining room.

    Enjoyed the food, but for the price I wish it came with a small salad or even some free bread. Wish they’d been better wine selection on a happy hour or maybe not better but just more options available. Overall, we still had a very enjoyable evening together and no real complaints.

    I love everything about this restaurant except for the noise level that comes from having all hard surfaces. Hard to have a private conversation. Otherwise a great experience.

    There was a preset menu which we weren’t aware of (Valentine’s Day) with no vegetarian options on the main course. Food was okay and price was high for the food we ordered. Prefer the a la carte menu better as there Re more options for people with dietary restrictions.

    We loved the taste of the food once we received it. It took a VERY long time due to the kitchen needing to make the Salsa Verde sauce for the Carpaccio. We were updated on the issue from the management but only after we had waited quite some time for our meal. We should have been offered an alternative since we were on a time limit over our lunch hour for work. The food tasted wonderful once we got it, but it was still quite frustrating. Hopefully this is a one time issue since we love the food.

    Wait staff understaffed and took over an hour to get entrees. Lectured by check in clerk about being five minutes late to reservation (we were stuck behind a big party getting seated).

    We had great food and service! We appreciated the quieter booth near the wall. I would possibly encourage you to have more booths by the wall for more privacy! It is one reason we don’t dine there as much as we just appreciate quieter and more private seating. Thank you!
