   first, the meal was similar to a Denny's. We expected a bit more from a Westin Resort. We believe we both got ill from the chicken or other ingredients in the Caesar salad. We will not go to this restaurant again for a meal.

   The evening could not have been more perfect! Beautiful scenery, the most delicious meal, and the most attentive wait staff we have experienced in decades. We can not say enough about the attention to detail. Highly recommend this restaurant.

   We have eaten at Nellie Cashman’s many times. The food is usually good and it was fine this time but nothing to write home about. The service was very lacking. I sat across from a room off the dining room where I observed the wait staff going into, talking, and staying away from customers. We needed service several times and no one was around. The bus people seemed to be the hardest workers and helped us several times including getting spoons to stir our coffee.

    Underwhelming...at best! This [unbeknownst to me] was our second time at this place [guess first time wasn't memorable] and it think it will be the last. Hamachi was dry [nowhere near fresh] but acceptable; the Oscar dover sole was smaller than described...perhaps the waiter didn't know what 5oz of fish and 3 oz of crab look like. The dessert was also a perfection of a frozen treat you could buy at any supermarket. #totalfailure . I'm a #titaniumelite at #bonvoy and wouldn't recommend their valentine's day menu...at all.

    For Valentine’s Day they gave us a table in a part of the restaurant with zero view. That was the whole point of eating there. Only one menu for Valentines and could not accommodate a substitution or even offer bread.

    We dined at Nellie Cashmans several times recently and had wonderful meals. The food was fabulous including the salmon, trout, steaks and veggies. Soups and salads are great as well. It’s always fun to listen to the bagpiper before dinner outside near the golf course before dinner. Great service recently as well.

    Rude waiter. The quality of most of the food was sub-par. My chicken was slimy and definitely made elsewhere. It was pressed chicken and not a chicken breast. I ordered a glass of white wine, and it had definitely turned bad. The waiter came over and said he would bring me back a glass from a new bottle, and it was just as bad!!. The waiter described dessert, and we each ordered 1and not one of the 3 were what he said. He treated us 3 women like 2nd class citizens. My family would never go back.there again.

    We have dined here for years when staying at the Westin Kierland. The staff has been there for ever and is fantastic. the buffet is great....a little expensive but we enjoy.

    We had 2 meals at Nellie Cashman’s with 2 different experiences. We had breakfast one day and the service and food were great. The wait staff was very attentive and our food arrived quickly and exceeded expectations. The same day, we had dinner and it was a disappointment. Again, the wait staff was very attentive and friendly. The appetizer arrived timely and was very good and well presented. The main course, petit filet’s, were a different story. One filet was properly cooked, medium, but only slightly warm and heavily salted. The second filet was overcooked, ordered medium rare but actually medium, slightly warm and heavily salted. It was topped with herbed butter but was so cool that the butter would not melt. The steaks appeared to have been held under a heat lamp too long. The wine ordered with the second course arrived late as well. The manager stopped by and apologized for the issues. He removed the charge for the filet as well as the wine and provided a dessert as well. While the actions are appreciated, it would have been unnecessary if the kitchen was properly managed.

    Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about menu items. Restaurant was not half filled. Food was fair. Atmosphere was y unexciting . This was not a “dining experience.” I had been there several years ago and had left with the same impression yet hopeful that things had changed

    Loved it so much ate there twice! First off the ambiance! Spectacular view of golf course and mountains. First night ate inside and it was lovely! The prime rib was delicious!! Second night sat outside and was thrilled to experience the bagpipes at sunset and enjoy the spectacular views!! Great service too. A must if staying at the Westin Kierland!

    Our experience was really just okay. With so many amazing restaurants in the nearby shopping area, I wouldn't ever go back here. We ordered two mixed drinks and both were pretty unimaginative. They were things we could have thrown together in our own kitchen. Expected a bit more. Our appetizers were great! We got the potato spears and the Caprese salad. The prime rib was good, but it was the first time we had ever had it so not much to compare it to. The salmon was the worst I have ever been served. The servers were nice and took extra steps to acknowledge our celebration.
