She opened her first restaurant Buttercups Cafe in 2013. She decided to close and seek a larger location.In October 2017, she opened Orleans Bistro & Grill at South Point Plaza in Fredericksburg, VA! Tisha is a member of the local Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce and North Stafford Rotary Club where she correctly serves on the board as their secretary.
