We’re a family-run independent Trattoria in the heart of Hove. We opened our doors in the summer of 2021. We want you to feel just as comfortable popping in for a Cappuccino or a glass of Prosecco at the Spritz Bar as taking your time working your way through the menu in the dining room for date nights, lunch, dinner with friends and family or a full shindig in our semi private hire Amalfi Room.We make all our Pasta in house every day and work closely with brilliant local suppliers to source the best Sussex produce we can get hold of.We can’t wait to welcome you in soon!

Taking influence from abundant country fields in Europe, SIX combines the freshest ingredients with a passion for bringing out inherent flavours in a contemporary approach to cuisine.
SIX will offer a variety of dining experiences. From our intimate and ambient Dining Room, with luxurious design and every romantic detail taken care of, to the more relaxed and informal Brasserie style dining area.
SIX is also Brighton"s first cold-pressed cocktail bar, offering a diverse menu of beautifully constructed drinks, along with a selection of the finest organic wines.
We will also be serving our own brewed craft beers, made and imported from a small village outside of Ghent in Belgium.
We are committed to solely using locally sourced, organic seasonal ingredients to create our perfectly balanced menus for both our Brasserie and Dining Room. All ingredients are meticulously sourced and supplied directly by local producers to ensure they are of freshest and highest quality available.

The excitement and anticipation that comes with growing vegetables, and creating innovative plates is translated to our guests through our menu. The plant to plate narrative is at the centre of what we do; our chefs show our local organic farmers a nod of respect towards the passion and patience required to grow a plant, in each dish they create. The seasons dictate our menu, with passion, flavour and creativity at the heart of the operation. This passion flows through our love of organic, and low intervention wines from small producers, carefully selected and paired with our food. Our very own indoor vertical farm is our most recent dedication to sustainable practices, allowing us to grow our own bespoke exotic herbs and aromatics for our hyper-seasonal food and cocktail menus, with zero food miles and incomparable flavour.
