   This spot has potential but needs new leadership. Cute, retro vibe inside. Very eclectic menu. It all went downhill when they seated us at the "chefs kitchen" aka the bar. There's absolutely nothing of interest to see here. This is arguably one of the worst seats in the house. As we sat "watching" them prepare food, I noticed the expeditor not wearing an apron or gloves. Every other person handling food was wearing both. The expeditor, however, was touching his cell phone then touching food. Touching the freezer door and door handle then putting his bare hands in a jar of something and putting it into someone's dish. Wiping his hands on his jeans and then cutting someone's burger in half with his bare hands. Upon coming over and hearing our concerns, she proceeded to essentially make excuses for the lack of sanity food handling procedures. She blamed everything from lack of available staff to him being new and everything in between. She said they ask their food staff to wash their hands every 15 minutes to be safe. Umm...how about you wash them as often as needed to keep your guests safe from cross contamination? In full transparency, her apology included two ginger beer drinks, which we didn't drink. And she offered us a free dessert which we turned down because we didn't want to eat anything else out of that kitchen. We did eat our entrees because the expeditor didn't touch them (we watched). They were good so there is potential here if they could get their food handling safety under control. Ultimately she comped our entire meal. I still felt the need to share this here because other people should be aware of how they handle food before deciding to eat here. And because they didn't seem to really take our concerns seriously (as we were leaving the expeditor still wasn't wearing gloves), it feels like the right thing to do to at least warn others.

   The food was delicious as always and the staff attentive. I did not enjoy the high volume music pumped through the speakers. My husband and I, who were sitting across from each other at the two top table could barely hear the other speak. I did not ask them to adjust it. I wish they would self regulate the music volume to match the ambience of a fine dining establishment.

   The soup was delicious, the salad was just some lettuce with dressing not impressive and the pasta was delicious as well. We were the only people in the restaurant, yet our server was slow at bringing out our food.

   The food here was good, but it's definitely more eclectic, so I wouldn't take picky eaters. They have a burger, but they only serve it in the bar even though everyone in the dining room can see them come out of the kitchen. I think that's really silly.

   Food was great as always. Went the day after Valentine’s Day and seemed to only have one person doing all waiting and concierge. He did a good job with everything he was doing but was challenged serving everyone to a high level. Needed more wine for some time.

   For a $125 per person Pre Fix menu, the food was just OK. Definitely won’t do another Pre Fix menu at this place and may not eat here again. After reading reviews from their NYE Pre fix it sounds like the same issues and the restaurant did take any steps to correct it.

   The Bartenders (2 women) were talking super loud with hardly anyone there, they were drinking and have inappropriate conversations. Never checked in on us and we seemed a bother when we asked for the check.

    Food was great! Our server was so efficient even if she was so busy. Ambiance was great in the room where we got seated. We will definitely come back again!! Last time we ate at the restaurant was many many years ago.

    Food was great but we sat there for 15 min with all the workers standing around before anyone came to get our order. If you’re going to have an open kitchen then make sure your staff is friendly and inviting.

    A disappointing experience compared with my last (pre-pandemic) visit in their old location. Food was unimaginative and execution was mediocre. Service was poor (as one example the server forgot to tell us the kitchen was out of certain entrees) prior to ordering. There are other options in OKC that provide a much better fine dining experience in terms of food and service.

    Appetizers were great! We got the soup of the day and vegetable pasta which was amazing. The duck confit was fantastic while the strip sirloin was overdone. Everyone was very kind and noise level increases throughout the night. Expect a larger bill. We will likely come back for a special occasion.

    Ryan was our server and he couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. He answered all our questions and was attentive and relaxed. The food, as always was a wonderful experience. I want to try the rabbit next visit!

    Went for NYE meal. Was prix fixe which we didn’t know but was ok with. 3 courses and dessert for $125, the portions were more like a tasting menu than a coursed meal. We left starving. The pasta I got was literally 2 noodles. My wine pairing did not come with my meals and I had to consistently ask every time. Food was good, but portions were tiny. For the quality and amount it certainly was not worth the price. Unclear if we will try it again.

    New Year’s Eve dinner. We booked an early table and we’re seated immediately. The music was loud and the greeter seemed unsure how to turn it down. The menu items we selected were from OK to very good. Our server was working hard and paced the meal well, despite some crossed signals from the kitchen. Not the best experience we have had there but we will return.

    I'd really like to say this was a great NYE dinner. I was called the day before and told there would be a "special" NYE 4 course tasting menu at $125 per person. Not too out of line I thought so why not? This was my first time at this restaurant, my dad passed away the day after Thanksgiving and I thought I would treat my mom and bring in a much happier New Year - Well spending dinner with her made dinner the most enjoyable - I wish I could say it was the food. The portions were scant and when the bill arrived I saw I was charged extra for 2 of the 4 courses I ordered! Completely taken by surprise! When you tell someone 4 courses for a set price then the items on the menu should equal that price. Tisk Tisk - not the way to run a business. I don't think I'll be back.

    Went to the New Year’s Eve dinner. The advertisement said $50 to 75$ set menu instead with choices included upgrades and up charges everywhere. We were charged 125 per person. Plus the waitress asked if we wanted the wine pairing$75?a piece wine pairing. The wine which is very small amount added $75?each to the total. We could have had a glass for $15. The waitress did not mention any additional costs. The bill for two was $480. Do not be deceived. That is an outrageous cost. The waitress was so misleading. We still don’t know what would have constituted a 75 each dinner. Mystery to us We will not go back. Very unfair and deceiving.

    Parking is a nightmare, but the restaurant is superb! We had a new trainee the night we were there. Normally, the service is top notch! I have faith that the young trainee will become top notch with great restaurant leadership. We always enjoy special nights out at Ludivine!

    Normally, this is a great choice for food with depth, interest and prepared with care. Tonight, our server presented one of our party with the incorrect entree, while serving us our entrees. No visit to the table to apologize or convey the time when the dish would be served. So, 2 of us ate together & by the time the 3rd entree appeared, he was essentially dining alone. They were surprisingly busy for a Monday & seemed to be short staffed, which is not the norm. We enjoy this restaurant & will return. It’s a bit of a lesson for the staff. Either take the other two entrees away, offer something to the guest just sitting there or offer a complimentary dessert or drink. We aren’t looking for free.. but service matters tremendously.

    Ludivine has always been my “go to” when it comes to an exceptional meal and ambiance. Last night that changed. The vegetable pasta portion size is literally 3-4 bites for $26. We really thought we had been served a 1/2 portion by mistake! We kindly asked the server, but she did say this is the new portion size. It was almost funny. The Chefs Tasting which I believe is 5 courses had a larger portion size of pasta! We had to leave And go somewhere else to actually have a complete dinner.

    Poor management. Ordered a $40 plate. It did arrive without one ingredient. Unfortunately the server did not indicate they were out of the ingredient, neither the kitchen indicate it before bringing the plate. Of course no apologies or discount either. If they are looking for more customers, It seems counterproductive to have discounted drinks at the bar, but not at the dinner area when both sections were empty. These would be ok in a lower level restaurant, but was expecting more on a supposed upper level restaurant.

    The food was amazing. This is one of the best meals I have eaten in OKC. The chefs were great to watch and when they were not cooking, they were cleaning and sanitizing. An overall great experience. Will definitely be back on my next trip through the city

    The selection was very limited and there was no flexibility with menu items. When we did get our overpriced food, some of it was bland. There was only one server for the entire restaurant and she seemed frazzled. She kept forgetting stuff. The music was so loud we had to ask her to repeat herself a lot. I have always heard great things about this place and was pretty disappointed.

    Food was as close to perfect as you can get. Fish was fresh, cooked perfectly. Pate was awesome. Crème Brûlée is best in town.
