We make simple, sustainable fare that’s heavy on flavor and light on the conscience. In addition to sourcing sustainably from regional independent farmers and producers, we follow a nearly zero-waste policy. When possible, our leftover ingredients are pickled, preserved, infused in cocktails and re-purposed in every way our team can dream up. We believe that craveable, comfort food should be easy, accessible and uncomplicated. Our popular dishes include the clean greens, tonkatsu portobello burger and the roasted farm chicken.
