El menú que se ofrece lleva en su esencia las tradiciones de la cultura libanesa y la sazón del Chef Mohamed Mazeh, originario de Líbano. Uno puede disfrutar de pan árabe recién hecho en el horno de piedra junto con un jocoque seco; o pedir un menú Meze, el cual esta formado por platillos emblemáticos de la cultura libanesa.

Chef Vicente Torres is a chef originally from Ibiza, a Spanish island in the Mediterranean and one of the most well-known cuisines in the world, which influenced his cooking. He received his first Michelin star at the restaurant La Sucursal, in the Valencian Institute of Modern Art (IVAM). The concept was developed and executed by Bruce James, who with an eclectic and sophisticated design, managed to create an atmosphere that escapes San Miguel de Allende. The ornamentation, reflections, and geometry play an important role in constructing a timeless environment that refers to the aesthetics of Art Deco, and at the same time, has design touches that place us in the current context and intensify the contrast between the past and present. The eclecticism that characterizes this project can be seen in its cuisine, a mix of a brasserie and a steakhouse. The bar was recovered from an old cantina, which now offers an exquisite selection of whiskeys and classic cocktails.

There is a penalty of $250 pesos for no shows or incomplete groups.

Piatti curati e di ottima qualità; abbiamo mangiato l’insalata di pomodori (il piatto sembrava un giardino), la zuppa di fideos e il polpo alla piastra. Dolci anche buonissimi, e una ottima presentazione.

Chosen by Tripadvisor and Larousse Cocina's Gastronomic Mexico Guide as one of the Best Restaurants in Mexico, La Fishería is Chef Aquiles Chávez's culinary beach proposal, one of the great figures of Mexican gastronomy.

The restaurant, located on 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen, offers a casual setting to have a drink and taste the best selection of fresh fish and seafood, with a gourmet touch.

Among the favorites on the menu are the Grilled Octopus in Adobo, the Lemon Habanero Shrimp sautéed in White Wine and the Catch of the Day, seasoned with Caper Butter.

The place is committed to the environment, serves seasonal seafood from fair trade and contributes to the conservation of the Great Mayan Reef.

Frequented by those looking for a different option to the traditional in Playa, its menu reflects the culinary talent of Chávez, renowned television personality, and Agustín Sánchez, his chef.

Opened since 2000 by Jair Téllez, continued by Jesús Saldivar. Laja is the first restaurant established in Valle de Guadalupe. Surrounded by our organic garden, from which we source most of the ingredients for menu.
Laja has an intimate dining room which consists of only 15 tables, including our terrace.
Serving a fixed menu served individual & family style and on weekends late breakfast a la carte.

Puntarena, más que un restaurante, es «el refugio de alguien que ama el mar y la inmensa libertad que confiere su amplitud». Federico Rigoletti, chef alquimista y artífice esencial del proyecto que ha conquistado México se ha enfocado en su verdadera pasión que está detrás de los fogones y en la búsqueda constante de elementos que combinen con la mejor materia prima del mercado. Entiende la cocina como extensión de la naturaleza, apostando por platos donde el producto habla por sí sólo, o donde el paladar evoca recuerdos y traslada a lugares, de modo que el comer deja de ser el mero hecho de aportar nutrientes y se convierte en experiencia. Una experiencia que va desde el menú, los detalles, el decorado, la iluminación y los olores, resaltando a cada comensal que la comida más que impresionar, pretende enamorar.
