This is preeminent chef Wolfgang Puck's first Italian restaurant and it does not disappoint. Located inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and captained by executive chef Shawn Giordano, Lupo offers diners a choice of wood-fired pizzas made right in front of them. They call this "exhibition pizza" and it creates an intimate setting where diners feel like they are a part of the process. Some great pizza options include the Grilled Zucchini with eggplant, peppers, pesto, and parmesan cheese, and the Yukon Gold Potato featuring mascarpone and fontina cheeses and drizzled with truffle oil.
