Experience dining approximately 30 feet below ground in historic caverns that were hand built in the 1800's. Accidentally discovered in 2018 during the building of our parent restaurant, Hudson and Essex, we have refurbished the caverns once used to store beer before air conditioning into a one of a kind dining experience. Every Friday and Saturday night we provide an 8 course dinner with wine pairings from our home winery ( Cypress Hill Winery ) using wines made with California grapes. Prepaid reservation only. This experience was amazing!! Highly recommended dining at the caverns! The food was great and the staff were very professional and had incredible service!! We will definitely be dining here again in the future!

The food was great! We had a long wait as they had a huge party prior to our arrival but our server was awesome. It was my husband's birthday so because of the wait they up graded a desert for him!!
