All the meat on our menus is “nose to tail” so the menu is ever changing, and we waste nothing. We even employ our own head ranger to keep the deer herds on the land we manage under control, and have our own deer larder in the Cotswolds where this amazing product is processed.Our fish comes from day boats in Cornwall.We work with the seasons, ensuring the very best truly local veg is with us the day after its picked. Lovely restaurant, lovely food, lovely staff, beautiful building. Not cheap, but it is Stratford! Vegetarian options good and better than many places, and could be more creative, as the meat and fish dishes are. Would go again !

What a wonderful decision to stay and eat in! The food and service was as good as expected, and we met a couple of lovely guests seated next to us too!
