With a seat by the window to watch the waves roll and the skies, the setting was perfect. Complimented by super fresh Grouper and farm fresh vegetables.

We make a point of going to Ocean Boulevard every time we are in OBX, even from all the way up in Corolla. It is consistently the best place for good, quality, innovative food. It is definitely the place to go on OBX if you are a foodie. The portions are generous and the service is always attentive. Love it.

We were dining on the Patio, so no noise and just the sun and the wind. Service was as usual great and so was the food.

Once again I was extremely happy with my dinner choice tonight at Rusty’s. Shrimp Scampi is one of my favorite dishes to eat and the way that Rusty prepared the dish - with plenty of garlic, never too much for my liking, then adding roasted red peppers and spinach was a perfect combination! I have tried shrimp in other restaurants, they tend to overcook the shrimp. Rusty’s shrimp is always cooked to perfection and never overcooked. Taking the tails off was to me an added bonus, I wish all my shrimp meals came that way. I am happy to see the Scampi is a permanent addition to the menu. I am sure I will have it again! The wait staff was pleasant and accommodating as usual. Other tables even chat with each other, especially when they are vacationing and find out you are a local. Rusty always comes out and checks on all his customers to make sure they are happy with their meals. It makes for a home-like and cozy environment.
