    Unatoč gužvi tog vikenda na Jarunu zbog proslave Dana Državnosti, uspijeli smo rezervirati stol na terasi, tako da smo uživali u hrani i imali pogled na proslavu i avione iz prvog reda. Kao i uvijek Batak isporučuje, kvalitetu usluge i hrane, zato se i vraćamo.

    Ručak je bio odličan od početka do kraja. Hrana je stigla brzo, sve je bilo svježe, ukusno i lijepo prezentirano. Posebno bih pohvalio konobara koji je bio izuzetno ugodan, nasmijan i uslužan tijekom cijelog boravka. Redovito je provjeravao treba li nam što i dao odlične preporuke. Atmosfera je bila vrlo opuštena i sigurno ćemo ponovno doći. Sve pohvale za profesionalnost i vrhunsku uslugu!

    Hrana je vrlo inventivna, divno balansirana i odličnog izgreda. Iako konzervativnijim gostima može izgledati koloristički ekstravagantna. Gof carpaccio je możda jedan od najboljih koje sam jeo. Uz zaista dobre otvorene lazanje brusnica odlično sjeda iako bih upozoriio kupca da ga više stave zbog omekšanja okusa i masnoće patke i unutrašnjeg balansa. Hama odlično spremljena, zeleni umak ok, a posebni zgoditak su korabe s algama kojima big dodao neki uzlazni okus. Usluga je bila solidna, konobar uslužan do prenaprezanja, ali je vinska karta jako blijedo otisnuta i za moj ujus preširoko postavljena - maksimum tri vina po jelu uz točan opis - zašto - e to bi diglo priču! Vidimo se opet.

    Unatoč punom restoranu, hrana nije kasnila niti je bila slabije kvalitete. Ugostitelji su svi bili profesionalni i nekoliko puta se ispričavali radi dugog čekanja, koje mi nismo osjetili. Ugostitelj je za svako naše pitanje imao odgovor ili dobar prijedlog i to nam se najviše svidjelo, pohvala cijeloj ekipi. Odlična usluga, odlična hrana i zato se uredno vraćamo nazad!
