Led by Chef Nick Leahy and based in Georgia, the group built a vertically integrated system that starts with owning their own F1 American Wagyu and Grass-fed cattle, raised without hormones or antibiotics and certified Georgia Grown.The beef is processed at our own USDA-certified processing facility, the North Georgia Meat company in Ellijay, Georgia, and sold through our Butcher shop, Vice Kitchen(www.vicekitchen.com), in Johns Creek. This structure allows Vice Steak Bar to maintain full control over quality and sourcing, offering a true farm-to-table experience.By managing the entire supply chain, Vice Steak Bar is able to offer a higher grade of meat starting with F1 American Wagyu and Grass Fed steaks at pricing lower than traditional steakhouses, while maintaining a casual, approachable atmosphere.
