Excellent food, superior service, very nice atmosphere. Wonderful restaurant for a special occasion or when you’re looking for an upscale dining experience.

We went on a Sunday midday. Our server, Madison, was pleasant and made sure we were taken care of during our dining experience. The staff was cheerful and food was plentiful. There were many choices of meat served tableside. The food was delicious. A restaurant worth visiting many times over for a great meal.

Our bill was very reasonable, especially for everything we ordered..EXCELLENT! Foods really good, our waitress was top notch, she was perfect. Really nice place, my second time her first..there’ll definitely be more visits.

The Mercantile has become one of our go-to spots in Worcester when we're going to shows locally. A good selection of moderately priced meals and drinks. Nice casual to classy ambience. Last night it was not crowded so the noise level was pretty low but even with crowds it never seems to get too bad. I can only speak for the Sweet Chick pizza I had but it was a great choice ..... nice thin crust, flavorful mix of chicken, barbecue sauce, cheese and green onions.

Great service! Our server checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and we never felt rushed. Food was excellent!
