To create dishes inspired by the plethora of cultures that have left their mark within the culinary habits of the Cypriot people, while elevating them to the standards of a fine dining restaurant.The name ῥοῦς (Rous) encapsulates the concept of the restaurant. It is written in ancient Greek which translates to modern Greek as "flow", "current". The name reflects the owners’ aim to delineate the origins of their dishes, influenced by the flow of conquerors of Cyprus, who left in their passing their mark on our cooking traditions.

Upon opening the initial establishment in 2004, Wolfgang Zwiener had spent years learning his craft, drawing upon his knowledge to create steakhouse perfection. Since then, the team have grown across the globe, and there are currently 24 restaurants in total.We only serve USDA Prime Black Angus steak, which we dry-age onsite in every restaurant for a period of 28 days. All beef produced in the United States must go through several layers of strict inspection by the USDA, and only certain products will qualify for one of 8 categories. The top grade is certified as ‘Prime,’ and is what you will be served at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse.

Food was delicious and fresh. The service was excellent and they made us a very good introduction of each plate as well as suggestions. Overall well worth the pricetag.

Restaurant ist sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolles Ambiente. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Es gibt leider wenig Auswahl für Menschen mit Glutenunverträglichkeit. Die Mitarbeiter versuchten zwar ihr Bestes aber es war nicht perfekt. Da hatten wir uns von einem top Restaurant in einem 5 Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet.

Tasty pasta and an exceptional salad was our lunch today, accompanied by great coffee and fresh cannoli for dessert. I definitely recommend and of course I will visit it again!!!
