Nestled in the heart of the Camargue, the Guinguette du Bos de la Crau invites you to enjoy an authentic culinary experience in a rustic and intimate setting. This unique venue, surrounded by nature and lulled by the song of cicadas, combines simplicity, conviviality and local gastronomy. Speciality: Exceptional meats sourced exclusively from cattle raised on the estate, fed on grass and hay from the Crau. Each cut reflects the pure, authentic taste of farming that respects animal welfare and the environment. Renowned for the quality of its meat and its local roots, La Guinguette du Bos has won over food lovers and fans of the Camargue. The warm, relaxed and authentic atmosphere is reminiscent of the guinguettes of yesteryear, where people come to share a good meal with friends in a rustic and tasteful setting. A terrace surrounded by greenery invites you to enjoy the sunny days, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset.

Expect traditional French gourmet dishes at Le Cèdre de Montcaud, and prepare to be surprised by the twists our chef Matthieu Hervé adds to classic receipts. Whenever possible, ingredients are sourced from the immediate vicinity and from the best suppliers. Born and raised in Normandy, Matthieu has a special affection for seafood, this is why you will always find a great deal of fresh fish and shellfish on the menu. Additionally, we serve top-quality meat from local butchers who take the time to allow their cuts of meat to mature properly.
