   Great meal! Easy to make a reservation and the menu is expansive. All of the food and drinks were delicious!

   Waitress seemed overwhelmed. Fried calamari was soggy since the ponzu sauce was already on it )this should be a dip). Food overall was ok. It’s been better before.

   When I eat out I want the food to be as good or better than what I can fix at home. Both the food and the service are consistently excellent at Hoist House - and it is the restaurant we frequent more than any other in the area. We most often come in for lunch - and enjoy the flatbreads and salads (they have a wonderful Caesar that is excellent topped with blackened steelhead!) . For dinner, you can't beat the steak - but I had a pork tenderloin the other night (with braised red cabbage and potatoes) that melted in my mouth. Can't wait to enjoy those leftovers! We love the vibe in this beautiful lodgy building - and switch it up between the high tops in the bar and the comfy couches in the lobby. The restaurant space is great for a more special occasion. And once the sun is shining, you can't beat the outdoor space overlooking the golf course. And finally, the wine. Also consistently excellent!

   This place is the only premium restaurant in a large area starved for premium restaurants so it gets away with serving subpar food at premium prices. It’s a nice place to hang out, but overcooked salmon and slimy burrata salad just didn’t do it for us…

    My team and I were in town on a border retreat, and your restaurant came highly recommended. We truly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back in the future.
