Hidden inside a chic country house hotel just outside Cheltenham in the Cotswold countryside, The Restaurant at Cowley Manor is a feast for the senses. The nineteenth century manor house is rather grand in its Italianate stone and blousy wild country gardens studded with stately oaks, dramatic waterfalls and glistening fountains, its interior a balance of contemporary, colourful style and home comforts.
Reflecting Cowley Manor’s own unique blend of contemporary design and home-from-home comfort, the menus, under the direction of Head Chef David Kelman, allow you to share and socialise in beautiful surroundings. With a commitment to working with the seasons and trusted suppliers, the menus feature a selection of lighter dishes, salads, pizzas and heartier meals.
The terrace at The Restaurant offers stunning views of Cowley Manor’s lakes and grounds and the adjacent bar with its open fireplace and panelled walls, makes a cosy spot for pre and post dinner drinks.Leggi tutto
A world of spices and colours, sizzles and smells. Of secret recipes and even more secret ingredients, passed across tables in noisy restaurants and down through generations. Flavours we can’t even describe. In combinations you wouldn’t believe.
For us, there’s nothing more exciting than discovering these tastes. It’s our passion. Our obsession. It gets us up in the morning and into the kitchen, never knowing exactly what we’ll come across next.Leggi tutto

Salisbury’s own Anokaa prides itself on providing a totally unique and special experience from the time you walk off of the street to the moment you leave. Staffed by waiters in traditional Indian dress, the restaurant is anything but trad. Funky and modern throughout you’ll find feature coloured lighting, architecturally shaped leather seating and bold, colourful art on the walls, lead the way to a lively meal. The concise menu is full of traditional Indian dishes with a French twist, many of which have been adapted to bring a lighter and healthier feel while still retaining Asian authenticity thanks to consultation with regional chefs.
