Service was really good, very attentive and couldn’t do enough to give you the best experience. Food was good and a great selection of vegan and vegetarian food. Only a few children options though. I had put on my booking that it was my daughters birthday and they very kindly brought out a lovely cake at the end of our meal. Made her feel very special. More

My husband and I took my elderly parents for a nice relaxed lunch which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Food portions were perfect for all of us and the food was amazing. My husband had the lamb shank followed by chocolate brownie, I had the smoked haddock followed by chocolate brownie, my father had the burger followed by cinnamon ice cream and my mum had the cod followed by the chocolate/caramel pot. We all enjoyed our choices and left feeling pleasantly full. The best part of the meal was the service though, Sian was friendly, informative and very helpful. No question was too much and she couldn't do enough to make our experience perfect. Definitely recommend the Abergavenny Arms and hope to return again in the future! More
