   Promptly greeted and seated. The initial server engagement was slow but our server Johnny made up for it with his attention to detail and exceptional contact skills. Excellent meal, never disappoints. New scallop entree was delicious and perfectly presented. Miso sea bass entree had incredibly mouth bursting flavor that was unforgettable.

   service was very bad. for this to be a high end steak house the server didn't even bag our food for us and we had to ask for drink refills and look for him.

   I hadn't been to Fleming's in a while, and I'm so glad I picked it for this occasion. We went for a birthday, and I mentioned that in the OpenTable booking. The restaurant added special touches to the table, and brought us a few "extras" to help celebrate. The staff was amazing, and the food was great as always. We didn't feel rushed, and had a wonderful time eating, drinking, and celebrating.

    Everything was delicious except for the steaks. They were served lukewarm and had some cartilage in them. Disappointing since the steak prices are really high.

    The Manager was a little “creepy and slightly racist”! He brought drawn butter to our table and lit the warmer and mumbled something about not setting “his” tablecloth on fire to which my date was very offended. However after we finished and he was helping clear the table he said out loud “don’t steal my steak knife”. It was at that point I had to agree with my date that yessss he is out or order. Do you say that to all of your patrons sir or just those of a darker hue! I love the food there but his remarks were unacceptable!

    We have been here before and had a not so great experience but decided to try it again. We ordered our steaks specifically with light seasoning but when they same they were caked with it. I had to send mine back and ask for no seasoning. My husbands was cooked way beyond med rare and was a much tougher piece of meat than should be for a filet. I was brought another steak but it was 30 min later and the other sides were cold. It just wasn’t great to have one of eating and the other waiting for our main entree. The manager ended up taking the steaks off our bill and was very apologetic but the experience was still subpar. We go there for the quality of the steaks and service and didn’t really get either. For the money we will probably choose somewhere else next time.

    Had dinner here while we were in town for the holiday. Our waiter Alan was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and super friendly. When he found out we got engaged at this location 17 years ago he arranged for a box of truffles as a surprise for us. Our meals were good, but could have been better. We both ordered the petite filet done medium. Mine was over cooked and fatty and my husband’s was prepared correctly. We simply swapped steaks instead of sending anything back. Also, the filets had too much pepper, but needed salt. Desperately. This was the case for the sautéed mushrooms. However, the carrot cake Alan recommended was one the best we’ve had. Overall, the food was good but could be so much better.

    Always love flemings. The only complaint was I ordered my steak medium and it was served medium well. My husband ordered a bigger filet medium plus his was served medium. Otherwise the meal was very good. Really wish they would bring back valet parking.

    It was my wife’s 40th birthday. They had the table decorated and a birthday card. The waiter was on point throughout the dinner. We have a great experience every visit.

    Fleming's uses multiple servers. A different one to deliver each course. A little different than just 1 waitress.

    Always a great experience at Fleming's! The service and food are always top-notch. If something doesn't go according to plan (like your steaks are taking a little longer to come out) they address it immediately, apologize, and compensate accordingly (like with a complimentary appetizer.) We never leave Fleming's disappointed!

    Service was fantastic! So was every single aspect of our meal! We were greeted by fantastic staff from the moment we walked in. Everything about our experience was extremely satisfying. We felt valued and appreciated and that goes a long way!

    My wife and I had a great visit to Fleming's at the Summit in Birmingham, AL to celebrate our anniversary (reservation booked through OpenTable). All the dishes we ordered were fresh, well-prepared and quite flavorful. Sarah was our server and she was helpful, engaging, and took great care of us. The staff even prepared our table with anniversary confetti and a congratulatory anniversary note - an appreciated nice touch. Thank you for a great supper and experience at Fleming's.
