Service was amazing. Between three people we split the 8 piece chicken deal with collared greens and the chile mac n cheese. Everything was delicious, you HAVE to try the hot honey chili sauce with the chicken.

Fabulous food, wonderful service. Enjoyed a marvelous brunch with friends who all enjoyed their meal. Gluten-free doughnut holes were the bomb!

A group of 4 seniors went to The Pig & The Sprout on June 1, 2026. It's a very short walk up and over the train tracks at Union Station and then one block away. We chose the small tables by the windows because we wanted the quietest spot. It was quiet enough away from the bar to have a nice conversation. My husband and I split the French Dip and it was excellent. My friend had the fish taco and she didn't enjoy it as much. I suspect that the meat offerings are superior to the fish dishes. The waitress was attentive and very nice. I recommend this place, especially if you arrive at the Denver Union Station and would like a good meal. The prices are reasonable.

It’s my 3rd time coming here. Each time I visit Boulder it’s a must. The food is consistently great! Good value. The atmosphere is upbeat and pleasant. Looking forward to # 4
