Nice ambiance, great service and good food. One thing is that even if we were just 14 min ahead they would not seat us the exact time of reservation. For us it takes more than an hour drive so we take extra time to make sure we arrive on time if not earlier. But it is not a problem, just to point it out.

Afternoon Tea here is the best and most authentic in the area, and at a very fair price. The food was delicious and ample, the dining area is charming and comfortable, and the servers are a delight. It's a place we keep coming back to year after year for special occasions such as birthdays, showers and treating out of town visitors.

The experience was nice overall, service was very nice. But the food could certainly be better. The presentation was not interesting, 4 sandwiches served on a plate. It was obvious they were pre made, bread was stale, St Regis could certainly do better.

Their seafood salad was exquisite and team service was outstanding.

Afternoon Tea at the Willard was delightful! The space is beautifully decorated, there was a woman playing a harp as background music, and the tea set and food were exquisite. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. It was a wonderful experience that I would definitely do again!
