We enjoy visiting Alma for our cocktails. Sitting outside was lovely with the view and liveliness of Wrigleyville. The staff and service is wonderful. It can get busy when there is a concert so it's helpful to make a reservation. Being a part of the Hotel Zachary creates an excellent destination. The breakfast at Alma is fantastic too. Lots of beautiful seating creating a relaxing environment. We enjoy Alma with all of its offerings .

We reserved lunch and when we arrived a large group had reserved the main room. As a result, we were seated in a windowless side room. But when I asked about sitting outside, they found a spot on a side balcony that was great. It was a hot day, but the ceiling fans were very helpful. The food was great. We had fish and chips and the sliders which were fine. The sliders looked a little lonely on the plate--a few fries included with sandwiches would be nice. But all the food was fine. We shared a chocolate lava cake. It was a typical chocolate dessert. Who wouldn't like it? We were meeting a friend and conversation, and we were not rushed after our meal. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Our experience at High Tea with Gerri was so much fun! Booking was easy for our group and Gerri made accommodations for one of our guests who couldn't eat due to breastfeeding. Would highly recommend for a party or just catching up with a friend!
