We always have such a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food is always great and it is so refreshing to have fantastic service. Riley was our server and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this tried and true restaurant for a great night out

The service I received in the dining room was excellent. Scott was knowledgeable about the menu and never rushed us. He was attentive throughout our meal and refilled out beverages regularly. The food was attractively presented and everything tasted delicious. We appreciated the restaurant verbally acknowledging our wedding anniversary and providing a complimentary small dessert.

I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience dining at Sassafras is. We had our second visit for lunch service, traveling from Westminster Maryland, and it was as exceptional as our first visit in late March. Each course is beautifully presented and delicious. Chef Paul is clearly passionate about his craft and is friendly and engaging, answering questions and sharing insights throughout service. Every detail is carefully thought out, from the welcome to the thank you at the end of service. We are already planning our next visit and hope that you do too!
