At Lilac, we’ve transformed a historic warehouse into a warm, low-lit wine bar with loft-style charm and inviting character—think exposed brick, steel-framed windows, Persian rugs, and a cozy fireplace. It’s the kind of place where you can relax at plush velvet couches or gather around the back-lit bar for a drink and a bite. Our kitchen plays with wood-fire cooking, house-made charcuterie, and creative twists on nostalgic bistro favourites. From chicken-liver mousse éclairs to savoury “mince on toast,” every dish is made with seasonal, local, foraged, and fermented ingredients that speak to heart and flavour. Our beverage focus is just as thoughtfully crafted. We pour an array of biodynamic and minimal-intervention wines, alongside inventive cocktails that nod to tradition with unexpected ingredients. The aim is simple: quality, creativity, and joy in every glass.
