We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way.     I love this place every time. Last night was particularly great. The hot dog is heavenly , the salmon cucumber, cream cheese sushi roll was delicious and the roasted halibut and New Zealand elk was amazing.

    Walleye Camp Kagel style was delicious! Waitress was phenomenal and all food was hot and excellently prepared! Don’t miss the mini peanut butter sundae dessert! Worth saving a little bit of room for!

    Fun spot for brunch. Food was good. Music was a little loud for a Sunday afternoon brunch with friends to catch up. Overall though I would definitely recommend Bright Spot and will go back for dinner for sure.
