Senia is one of Honolulu’s favorite restaurants for simply good food. We offer an à la carte menu with delicious, casual food made with exceptional craft. Chef Anthony Rush trained in multiple three Michelin-starred restaurants and creates beautiful dishes with passion and skill, but he believes everyday food should be delicious and well-crafted, too, so Senia was created to be a casual, affordable, neighborhood restaurant. We celebrate quality ingredients, creativity, classic techniques, and thoughtful hospitality. We welcome you in for dinner to share a meal with friends and loved ones in a comfortable, beautiful space. If you are looking for a fine dining experience, we invite you to join us at our Chefs’ Counter for our award-winning Tasting Menu. With eight seats and one seating on Friday and Saturday nights, our Tasting Menu is exclusive and luxurious. It’s not all fancy on the weekends, though. We always offer casual dining and our à la carte menu in our main dining room.

Cucina vietnamita ottima. I Noodles eccellenti, pollo fritto molto buono ed una buona selezione anche di birre. I bambini hanno un bel kids menù in cui poter scegliere. Locale di gusto industriale, un po’ chiassoso, ma Con stile. Consigliato, da provare assolutamente.

MĀZE is an "omakase" dining/cocktail concept by Justin and Tom Park, the duo behind 2023 James Beard Award winning cocktail bar, Bar Leather Apron. 2024/2025 James Beard Award Nominee, Head Chef Ki Chung along with Head Bartender Justin Park work collaboratively to craft an omakase dinner course in which food and drink are conceived as intertwined creations.We offer two choices for dinner service: Our signature omakase experience featuring a seasonal tasting menu with cocktail or non-alcoholic pairings for $200/guest and a basic seasonal tasting menu for $135/guest with a side menu of optional add-ons. (Seasonal/holiday menus may be at different price points.) You will be asked to make your choice when seated.We do not have a child or a la carte menu. Young diners are required to partake in our normal course offering.We do not offer a vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free menu. We are not able to accommodate severe allergies or dietary restrictions.
