Amazing food, excellent service in a really laid back but classy atmosphere. Been twice and will definitely be back. Happy hour Glizzy, Tomat salad, crudo, oysters, smoked fish dip are our standouts. A must try for foodies in SB.

Our waiter was the owner. Our service was perfect. Our drinks were excellent especially the bloody Mary’s. All the food at brunch was excellent too!

Rare Society Santa Barbara delivered one of the best steakhouse experiences we've had. From start to finish, every dish was exceptional and packed with incredible flavor. We began with the dry-aged BBQ meatballs, and wow—they are an absolute must-try. Tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We also shared the snow crab claws, which were fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to the evening. For my entrée, I ordered the 40-day aged bone-in New York Strip cooked medium, and it was phenomenal. The flavor from the aging process was outstanding, and the steak was cooked exactly as requested. I paired it with the lobster mac and cheese, which was hands down amazing—rich, creamy, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with flavor. The whipped mashed potatoes were equally impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her filet mignon, which was cooked beautifully, and we shared all the sides together. To drink, I stuck with a classic Old Fashioned made with my favorite bourbon, Woodford Reserve, and it was expertly crafted. Dessert was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. I had what may be the best butter cake I've ever tasted, while my wife enjoyed the cheesecake, which was equally delicious. The food, drinks, service, and overall atmosphere were all top-notch. Rare Society Santa Barbara exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable dining experience. We can't wait to return!
