One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Chicago. Carbon offers an incredible atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between upscale and energetic. The food was exceptional across the board, and the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to providing outstanding service. Every aspect of the evening felt well executed and intentional. If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers great food, a fantastic vibe, and a team that genuinely cares about the guest experience, Carbon is absolutely worth a visit.

Loved the onion dip with salmon trout roe!!! Pastas were delicious too!!! We will be back!!

Everything was so good, especially the skirt steak and brussel sprouts. The service, as always, was amazing. Our server, Aaron, recommended the Paper Junglebird, which was probably the best cocktail I ever had.

We did the chefs menu with the wine pairing and it was amazing. Our waiter was able to adjust the wine paring based on my preferences so he was able to pair the right wine with the menu. All of the food was top notch.

Excellent Menu and Sake selections, and Incredible Value! We came here on Valentine's Day this year and had such a wonderful experience that we now bring friends and anyone who visits. The food is delicious and our server is always the absolute best. She remembers us, what we like, jokes around with us, and always makes perfect suggestions for sushi and sake!
