Led by Chef/Owner Bradford Heap, a Boulder local, we offer thoughtfully prepared, ingredient driven food with a fine dining level of care while maintaining a warm, casual atmosphere.We source locally whenever possible and believe the shortest distance from farm to table is best. We serve exclusively grass finished beef, along with natural chicken and pork, and proudly work with local partners including Full Circle Farms, Buckner Family Farm, Farm 49, Monroe Organic Farms, Wisdom’s Eggs, Toohey’s and Sons Organic, Hazel Dell Mushroom, First Fruits, First Light Grass Finished Wagyu, OZO Coffee, and Bluepoint Bakery.For intimate gatherings, we also offer private dining in the "SALT Cellar," an inviting space ideal for celebrations, business dinners, and special events.
