   We had a great experience. The service was amazing and the food was even better! Would definitely recommend the short rib, sea bass, and Rockefeller oysters. All were soo good! We will definitely be back.

   Miso Chilean sea bass was perfecto, short ribs, steak, dumplings were all excellent. Candy bar desert was worth the calories. Gelatos were very nice. Tuna Tatar and shrimp cocktails were vanquished. Cocktail drinks went down smooth and wine list is extensive. Great view of the mountains.

    Our experience and food was great. The table of five individuals next to us was loud and boisterous. We could hardly hear our own conversation. They ruined an otherwise lovely evening. I feel someone in management should have noticed the noise level and politely asked them to tone it down. Elements has always been my favorite restaurant and now I’m not sure we will return.

    First off, 5 STARS for service (Ashley) and customer service (Andrew). I had made this 7:00 dinner reservation 2 months ago to celebrate an anniversary, requesting a window seat. Upon our arrival the Hostess greeted us and accommodated my window request but had to wait a few, no problem. My friend and I went to the bar to check out the rest of the restaurant and noticed a huge wedding reception going on. A few minutes later, we were seated by a window next to a one table outdoor private patio, which seemed fine at the time. Our server Ashley introduced herself, very nice, very pleasant. We ordered cocktails while perusing the menu. My Cosmos were good, my friends first Martini was good the second one tasted watered down (Ashley took care of that). We ordered the Colossal Shrimp Cocktail, Lobster Bisque, Oysters Rockefeller, Wagyu Beef & Ginger Dumplings and the 14 oz. Reserve NY Strip. Honestly the food was very OK (maybe an off night for the kitchen because of the wedding reception?). The Shrimp were good, the Bisque was warm not hot, no Lobster flavor, Oysters were too salty even for my taste, dumplings also salty and the dough skins were tough. The steak was good, but sauce was lacking flavor. Not only was the food only ok, but on the outside patio, a very amateur food photo shoot was going on and lights were shining in my face throughout the night. Getting more annoyed through out the evening, I finally told Ashley, who took it to Andrew right away. Andrew came over, spoke to the table outside and addressed our very OK tasting meal. Thank you. But again for the high caliber reputation that Elements has gain through out the years to be a top restaurant along with the high price point for the food and cocktails, it should of been a WOW but sadly not.

    Elements has always been one of our favorites, but this visit was rather disappointing. We took friends who had never been, and while the setting and room are spectacular, the entrees and the service were not the best. It took a long time to get our wine - that’s never happened before - and our appetizers were very slow in coming out. Our friends shared the calamari and a wedge and we shared the tuna tartar and wedge for openers, and those were all excellent. However, we had to flag down a busboy to get pepper for the salads( it’s always been offered at serving in the past , and should be!). We also had to flag someone down to get our water glasses refilled - that was annoying! Our friends enjoyed the chicken and short rib entrees( tho thought the mashed potatoes were not the right accompaniment for the short rib). I had the pork chop, which was supposed to be served mdm, but came very well done and dry, and was drowned in sauce. My hubby had the pasta with Italian sausage and lobster, and did not like the kind of pasta used in the dish, and said the Italian sausage was an after thought - the dish was pure lobster flavor. All in all not a satisfying evening for us, given this is not an inexpensive place to dine.

    Main issue we had was the steak we ordered. It was the ribeye special and my wife and I both felt like our home cooked ribeyes are much tastier and tender.

    Disappointing…it’s been a few years since we were in and found that it really didn’t have the wow factor of previous visits. The food was just okay for that level of restaurant. The service a bit rushed ..we were there with visiting friends so we had some conversation going .. I made the reservations 2 or 3 weeks in advance and requested a window/view table I was told they would try however we were sat in neither view or tiered seating even though there were some available upon arrival. Also a private party was taking place so a large curtain was drawn directly behind us blocking what view we would have had on that side. Overall, in my opinion there many better places in Scottsdale to visit where both views, service, and food are much better.

    If you want a spectacular view near Camelback Mountain, Elements is the place to go. Outstanding ambience with well-spaced tables in an open air atmosphere. Lovely menu and cocktails. Prices are a little spendy but the portions are large so splitting works perfectly. There is an excellent happy hour with ample seating in the bar area.

    Birthday dinner at Elements did not disappoint. The Chilean Sea Bass and Filet of Beef were excellent. Lobster bisque as a starter was also very good. Caesar salad was uneventful and could have used more dressing. Service was good, although a bit surprised that there was no acknowledgment of my wife’s birthday as noted on the reservation. We sat outside on the patio which offered some great views of the sunset and surrounding valley. Some of the tables that overlook the pool feel a bit awkwardly placed along the glass wall and the stairs. There was a wedding on the lawn which overtook some of the ambience in our area. Overall great dining venue that was as good as we expected.

    Like everywhere all at once labor shortage . We have dined here before and have enjoyed it throughly .the ambiance the food all remains the same . But the staff is overwhelmed and working like headless chicken . You can sense the stress and the running they are doing around . The server has hardly anytime yo talk to you .
