Views, service and food all wonderful - truly a special place
Wonderful food and service in an unbeatable setting.
Just an awesome venue to celebrate special occasions or just to have a great meal with killer views.
Love the views, the Camelback energy, Chef Beau, the fantastic location!!!!!
Always a great setting for a quite romantic brunch or dinner
Excellent! I felt very pampered, which is what I had hoped!
Truly an exceptional meal… The service was amazing starting with drinks at the bar and exceptional service with the most thoughtful hostess Bella who managed to get Beau to come to our table to discuss the catch of the day...Just a spectacular experience… There may be a lot of new and upstart restaurants but the class of this town and the standard bearer is still Elements...
Incredible meal as usual. My husband had the Elemental Feature and I had the salmon. Both were amazing. You must try their Foie Gras - every time we come, it is in a different format but it's always insane. It was our 2nd anniversary and we come here each year. This is our favorite spot in all of Phoenix.
I would absolutely recommend Elements. It's our favorite restaurant! The food is fantastic. Everything is awesome about this place.
The Asian oysters Rockefeller was amazing. Sadly the rest of the food left a lot to be desired. The Korean BBQ spare ribs were basically an inedible gelatinous mood that somewhat resembled meat. The flavor of the sauce was very good but the meat itself was fatty and gross. The same can be said for the salmon my wife ordered. The flavor of the sauce was on point but the texture and consistency of the meat was very fatty. And the noodles it was served on was inedible mush. Also, we weren’t able to figure out why our dessert plate said “congratulations” on it and why our server congratulated us as well. We were just there for dinner. Weren’t celebrating anything. Lol. In the end, we had always wanted to try Elements but would always skip it for our favorite tried and true restaurants. With so many good dining options around we won’t be giving this one another shot.
The view from our table was beautiful! They had vegan options which was wonderful!
Great place for a special occasion
Had dinner and food was excellent but my wife’s fish came out warm. My food was excellent and very hot, right out of the oven. But my wife’s fish was warm at best. The fish tasted excellent - would have been more enjoyable at the proper temperature. Service was excellent. Ambiance was awesome. Views from restaurant are amazing.
We will go back.
I ordered the swordfish special, unfortunately it was raw (almost sushi). It took a long time to get it re-fired. By the time I got my food back, everyone at my table had finished their meal, and on top of that it was missing garnish. It took another 5 minutes to get my garnish. Nobody of the service staff offered an apology. We thought they would make it right like they have done in the past but no compensation was offered in the end and still no apology for the food or wait. I have gone to this restaurant many times for special occasions, I will start looking for a new place after this experience.
From the valet parking to the hostess to the service team, this place gets it right. Went for lunch and considering the quality of food and service it is a good value. We had the Duck Confit Pasta and the Chicken Milanesa. The server had the kitchen divide both entrees in half for us. Both portions were enormous. To be honest one divided portion would have been enough for lunch. Sent us home with a special occasion cupcake. The ambiance, view and service with a smile and personality make this a special spot for lunch.
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We spent a happy evening there with our friends,
Beautiful view. Multiple tastes in each bite, outstanding service.
Always a favorite restaurant of mine. Ambiance is unmatched in the area...go at sunset for the best view. Excellent food and service, but a little pricey. You get what you pay for however :) !
Great place for taking visitors and peaceful atmosphere. Food never disappoints either!
Amazing! Everything was perfect; the view, the food, the waiter , gf needs. And most important of all we could carry on a conversation and hear each other. Perfect for a romantic anniversary dinner.
Joey was our waiter and he was fantastic. Food was delicious and venue was beautiful.
Food was good but my fish was overcooked. I would have expected for the price that my fish was cooked well - halibut was dry. My wife's halibut was better, not perfect, but not nearly as done as mine was. Great location and service was outstanding.
Fantastic experience. They went out of their way to help our daughter celebrate her birthday - great table with a view, excellent service and delish meal!
Loved the view, and our server was outstanding. The hummus was the worst I ever tasted. It was trying to be fancy, but fell flat and the taste was very off-putting. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars though is that I had to send my salad back (protein severely under cooked) and when it came back, it was wrong again (salad dressing missing). At this level of establishment, that was totally unexpected and unacceptable.
Anniversary. Couldn’t have been better.
very good place only one thing we were there for a birthday but was not mention by your staff
It was my birthday and you can't miss me as I've wear yellow silk dress. I made reservation also under my name, but every service man approached, all asked my husband if it is his 44th birthday by keeping their back towards me. I was shocked why I wouldn't acknowledged. It felt like gender biases...
Amazing blend of flavors... rock shrimp lobster ravioli terrific and succulent short rib entree. Their booths overlooking the surrounding area is perfect for 2 to converse and enjoy some privacy. We were well treated by their attentive staff.
This is a very special restaurant for many reasons and the views of Camelback Mountain are exquisite. For lunch my husband and I had the Shrimp bento box and the Korean beef bowl. Both dishes were delicious though I especially loved the brown rice in the bento box that was sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. What a great flavor addition! The gelato dessert capped off a wonderful lunch. Our server, Ed, was friendly, professional and efficient. Our experience was perfect and the next time we want a special lunch, we will return!
We have been to Elements several times and love the food. The service is usually outstanding but was so-so on our last visit. When we made our last reservation, we indicated that we were celebrating a 84th birthday for a special friend. For a $300 tab, we expected that her dessert would be comped, but it wasn't. She was given a small store-bought cupcake (in a plastic container) to go. We've been given this cupcake previously and it's not that good. We just expected a bit more from Elements considering their prices.
Only issue was the glare from the setting sun when the patio door was opened. Other than that the restaurant as a whole was outstanding. The wait staff was very prompt and professional. The food was phenomenal.
Have been going for years for special occasions. Decided to try the Summer Special Prix Fixe Dinners for our celebration night. What was order off the Menu was delicious (appetizer and one entree) but the Prix Fixe was just acceptable. The lettuce wedge family uninspiring, the steak, while tasty was tough and the poor dessert..butter cake..was very dry and hard. This is the first time we have EVER had such marginal food here. We will continue to go for special occasions but certainly will never dine there just for the more affordable Prix Fixe offer.
Food is always delicious and presented beautifully. My fiancé and I were guests at the hotel and there for Sunday Brunch. To top it off they brought us out complimentary cinnamon rolls that were little dough balls of heaven.
Noor and Ed created an unbelievably amazing dining experience. They were both kind and attentive. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was impeccable. Thank you for a great Sunday Brunch, Noor and Ed.
The food was incredible and the view was the best in the Valley! Gary was one of the best servers I’ve ever experienced!
Perfect for a date night, loved the view and outdoor landscape.
The service was exceptional. Chris was phenomenal and very engaged
Third time there. Always excellent food and customer service!
We are huge fans of elements, but last night our service did not meet our expectations. Our server was quite inexperienced, and made many mistakes that started from bringing the wrong cocktails to serving the largest portions of wine I have ever seen after claiming to be quite knowledgeable about wine service. Basically our bottle of wine was emptied, unevenly among 4 cups, instead of serving 3 oz. portions and leaving the rest of the wine in the bottle. Of course even the last drops were poured, including all the sediment. Many times our servers crossed their whole bodies over our dishes, to serve or pick up plates from the person sitting on the next chair. Second plates were brought before we were done with our appetizers, and our servers tried to place the new dishes without removing our dirty first plates. Food was just okay and the typically luscious PB bomb was so hard it felt frozen. Our check was brought without us asking for it, rushing us to leave. Just not something that I had experienced at elements before.
Fabulous. Excellent pre fix alternatives. Great wine list.
