Carlos's Italian Bistro is always great! We have never had a problem with the food or service. The food is fabulous and everyone is nice. I order a Chanti and it paired nicely with the entre I ordered. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlos's or go again. It is real Italian food!

We frequently have dinner at City Cafe before attending the BSO. We have always enjoyed the food and appreciated the good service. We will keep coming back.

We arrived early before our reservation and found it quiet for a Friday night at 6pm. We sat alone at the bar after seeing their window advertisement for happy hour and were greeted by the Maitre D who at the time seemed like the only employee there serving as host, bartender, and waiter. He told us the happy hour drink special was BOGO free! That was a great deal and my date and I took advantage with the (not so strong) cocktails. To pair with the drinks we got an open faced samosa that arrived looking like a boat filled with the Indian spices and potato filling- we had to pick it up to eat it! We eventually sat down at a nice corner window table and ordered the lamb and cheese croquettes- more lamb than we expected- it was tasty! And a chicken and lamb dish, and finally creme brûlée for dessert. The highlight of our meal was definitely the samosa. We did find it quite pricey for the extras, though: $10 for a basket of naan and $7 for a palm size serving of creme brûlée and it was a bit odd that it seemed like the manager was the only employee on a Friday night! Overall a good dining experience and will return to try their other dishes !

Staff is very friendly, Lisa the owner is great , greeting all the customers at the table or as you walk in. Food is full of flavor ! Great spot for Happy Hour and Dinner ! Its always a stop before Theater for our Girls group !
