Otoro Sushi Bar opened a sister restaurant, Sticky Rice Sushi & Asian Kitchen featuring dishes from Thai, Lao, and Cambodia. We are the first to ever open a southeast Asian kitchen in South Florida. Our chef keeps all our dishes authentic as possible from the Lemongrass Stir Fry, which is a popular Cambodian stir fry, or Khao Poon, a red curry vermicelli noodle soup, or if you want the perfect sweet and sour umami Pad Thai, we are the perfect spot. Our sauces are made fresh in house. We offer a variety of dishes for appetizers such as the pork riblets with the chili lime vinaigrette to our house made desserts such as mango sticky rice or mango creme brûlée. We were voted the best southeast Asian kitchen in May 2026.

Since then we have been serving an extended variety of Japanese and Thai food including fresh sushi. We had the honor to be named Best Sushi Restaurant in Plantation by Hometown Herald readers.In 2002 a second location was opened in Weston, FL, and soon enough it was voted Best Japanese Restaurant by “Best of Weston”.Our third location was opened in Doral, FL during the summer of 2019, and we plan to keep growing to share our food and entertainment with our customers all over South Florida. The Japan Inn Group also owns Kimura Japanese Steak & Seafood located in Boynton Beach, FL.

    The food was delicious, flavorful, and well presented. An upscale twist on traditional Thai with a number of interesting options on the menu. Service was outstanding. The serving employees worked together as a well-oiled machine, helping each other to deliver a great guest experience. We are from out of town and will definitely go back. Highly recommend.
