    We love Hinoki and food delicious—you truly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. However, the main issues with this place are the high noise level and the pacing of the service. Sometimes they bring the food out much too fast, which can be tough if you are out to dinner with friends and want to actually catch up. If you want to properly enjoy the atmosphere and chat without your table being instantly overloaded, I highly recommend telling your server upfront to pace the meal in stages instead of bringing everything out at once.
