    Fun event. The four states of whiskey had delicious food and great drinks, with fantastic company. Flemings made the evening fun and informative.

    We LOVE this restaurant. When I reserved, I indicated it was my husband's 70th birthday. They had a Happy 70th Birthday PRINTED on our menus. (How cool is that?) For his birthday dessert they wrote the same thing in chocolate on the plate. Again, HOW COOL?! My husband wanted their signature butter cake. We had gotten it in the past and it was spectacular. This one was a bit dry so I was sad. Will go back and request a not dry one. The bone in 33 oz ribeye was CRAZY good. The salad with bacon steak is insanely good. You just cannot go wrong.

    Attended a Peju Winery wine pairing event. Wines were excellent and the food very creative and delicious as prepared by Chef John. Some unique delicious flavors and presentations. The GM Mark provided notable excellent hospitality. Alejandro and his colleague excellent service. Hope they host these events again.
