Tweeds also features plenty of live music, like classical pianist and guitarists coming in and performing on weekends. Tweeds serves several American classic and comfort food items, but its specialty is bison. In fact, there is a separate menu just for the bison-related offerings. These signature house items include grilled bison kebabs, bison hangar steak, bison burger and a grilled bison cowboy steak. Tweeds also has the areas largest selection of local and national bourbons.
